Enjoy nightly views of the magical sunsets emitting glittery sparkles on top of the water without leaving your condo. Majestic Sun 710A is a beautiful Gulf view vacation rental beach condo in Miramar Beach, FL, at Seascape Resort, located directly across the beach with breathtaking views from the private balcony & all common areas. Unwind in the evening on the balcony in the new wicker furniture & watch the sunset over the horizon, or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The new owners have meticulously remodeled this unit & have very tastefully decorated & furnished it with new stainless steel appliances, new lighting, furniture, decor, kitchenware, bedding, & more. In this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The sleeper sofa in the living area can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, & is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals. The dining area offers beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master suite offers a new king bed & bedding, HDTV & private bath with his & her granite counter top sinks. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds, an HDTV & attached bath with a granite countertop. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room & sleeps a total of 8.
** This amazing unit also has its own spot in the private parking garage for guests to use at NO EXTRA CHARGE!**


With this rental, you are provided with 2 beach chairs & an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests & must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) & the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

Love Miramar beach

We love Miramar the hotel was wonderful! I feel the floor could have been cleaner in the room but other than that we enjoyed our stay. I also wish there was more places to hang wet clothes and towels in the bathroom or a utility room. Overall would stay again! Just small things to make it better suited for a longer stay!

Great place

We stayed here while waiting for our own place to become available while it was rented. Beautiful view of the ocean and I was happy to see the Hoosier picture on the wall. Only suggestion would be some more comfortable pillows, which in essence wasn’t a big deal.

Glasscasa was very responsive throughout the process to all communication. The condo was nice, but lacked some of these things we typically see on a kitchen, towels were provided for each occupant, but no extras (typically with other properties there are 2 sets per person). The gym and option of the indoor pool was greatly appreciated, especially given the rainy weather we experienced. I was disappointed in the size of the pool for the size and occupancy of the property.

We always stay in ft wAlton and rent the same condo but this year we decided to switch it up d/t location of this condo and the indoor pool. The condo itself was gorgeous inside, nicely decorated, and top notch views! The cons were I wasn’t able to check in early even though the property was ready early( every management company I’ve dealt with in past has always allowed early check in if condo is ready!!) other cons was the second bedroom was small with no real place to put suitcases and there was a light outside that lit up the whole bedroom at night. There was blinds but no curtains and we couldn’t fall asleep so we had to buy trash bags to cover over the window to block the light!

Beautiful condo - ocean view!

Love the view - looks out over the gulf. We came for the beach but spent some time on the balcony as well. Beach is steps away across the road. Nicely decorated - had everything we needed. Have been at Majestic Sun before and like the location/facility - would definitely book this condo again!
