If you are looking to have a relaxing vacation on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, then look no further, stay at Majestic Sun 403B in Miramar Beach! Enjoy breathtaking views from all common areas and the private balcony! Upon entering this beautifully updated vacation rental condo, you are greeted with an updated full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a Keurig machine, a dining area, and a welcoming living area that leads to the private balcony with beautiful views of the beach! Unwind on the balcony and watch the waves wash over the shore, or stroll down and put your toes in the sugar white sand! The master suite features a comfortable king-size bed, HDTV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. In the living room, you will find a queen-size inflatable mattress. This vacation rental condo conveniently offers a washer and dryer in the unit and plenty of room for 8 guests. This condo is perfect!

With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your vacation rental condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.

At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. Excellent vacation condo

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Kitchen has all the things! From a blender to sharp knives to a crock pot! Beach chairs too!! Bring your beach towels and clothes and you are set!! Only thing that would have been nice is to be able to access the apps on the tv to be able to watch or rent movies from our apps. But there is cable tv for the evening time. Overall this is a condo that we would rent over and over again. The owners have done an excellent job creating a comfortable space to enjoy the area!

Contacted maintenance for some minor issues and all were addressed. Kitchen appliances, utensils, and supplies left us needing very little - which is rare for some condo rentals. Only suggestion is the mattresses in the second bedroom may need upgrading.

Beautiful Seaside

The pictures and items listed that were included with the condo were exactly as outlined. We especially enjoyed using the gym, pool and hot tubs. We enjoyed visiting with the many guest that were staying in the same building. All were friendly and helpful sharing their favorite restaurants and sites to see. We noted a few things that needed to be fixed/replaced with the property manager and they were responsive and hopefully dealt with before the next renter. We did not get the VIP coupons after requesting them. Overall we had a lot fun, enjoyed seeing the beautiful beach right in front of our condo and would stay there again the future.

Our unit was just like the photos. We were able to get in a little early which was great. The kitchen was nice, we ate breakfast and lunch there daily. It could use some additional forks, spoons, and updated pans. It was great to have two bathrooms, but the hot water didn't last if we all took showers before dinner. The balcony was a great spot for morning coffee. My only complaint would be smelling cigarette smoke many times when there are no smoking signs posted all over. The beach chairs and umbrella were awesome to have. The beach in front of the building has a company that puts umbrellas and chairs out daily for a fee, so we would have to walk a little further to set up. The location was good with some restaurants within walking distance. Traffic on the main road gets a little busy at times.

Perfect Location! Nice condo! Could use some work!

We always stay at this building! The location is perfect! This condo is super cute! We were disappointed that the patio furniture cushions are moldy! I certainly didn't want to sit on them which defeats the purpose in paying for a beach front patio. Cushions are easy to replace so I hope they update those soon! The bathrooms also had some moldy grout & a stained tub but it wasn't terrible. We usually stay in building A but this one is building B. We heard a loud banging (like a hammer on the wall) all hours, day & late evening. That was super annoying. I'm not sure if there was construction in a neighboring property or if it was mechanical considering it rarely quit? These complaints are the ONLY things I could say negatively about this cute condo! Normally I don't give bad reviews but for the money we spent I expected a little better. I hope they either reduce the price or address some issues here.

Deck smaller than most in this bldg but view beautiful and in Jan/Feb if sun's out you can sit out because most of time you are protected from wind. The tile floors spotless. The carpeting in LR is stained. The other beds are in need of update...two adults roll to middle. We had a leak under kitchen sink as soon as we arrived. I think you need a new plumber. He caked enough plumber's putty underneath to choke a cow. Not a good fix. If I were owner, I'd be looking for someone else. Did not like fact we had to run out and get a parking pass for a 3 wk stay. Not to mention staff didn't tell us we were looking for office in a bank. We drove around in circles looking for it. What a pain in the "butt"! Told we were long stay at 3 wks. We stayed in same bldg last year and didn't have to drive elsewhere for parking pass. We have friends in same bldg staying 2 mos and they didn't have to drive elsewhere for parking pass. The rental agency should have this waiting for the guest. Very inconvenient. The sofa sags so pretty uncomfortable, an important detail especially in winter months when person inside more. All in all nice stay.

Eh, there were some issues......

First, the unit itself was clean which to me is the very most important thing. The cabinets in the kitchen are showing a lot of age but everything else was nice and comfortable. What unit doesn’t show a little wear somewhere? Now for this issues. Be advised there is no rideshare service available on the emerald coast area. Even though both Lyft and Uber service the area it is impossible to actually get one due to the driver shortage. Rental cars are scarce as well. There is a service called GoVetted that will pick you up at the airport and return you for your return flight that is absolutely amazing. YOU WILL HAVE TO BOOK THEM several days in advance. Which leads me to the immediate area around the rental. There is one close restaurant-Whale Tail very good food and service. Surf Hut a mile down the road is good too, but it’s a mile walk and there are no street lights at all. (see above rideshare issues). There is very little public access to the beach meaning if you decide to walk down the beach you won’t be getting back up to the street. We paid a substantial fee to have our checkout extended by 2 hours. We left to get breakfast and returned to find out door code expired. We went to the office and the staff apologized and said they would send another code. We went back up to the room and waited 15 minutes before going back down to the office a second time. At this point our luggage is inside and our airport ride is on the way. One we got back inside the cleaning crew who also had the new code came right in. The master bedroom for this unit is on the wall with the exterior doors (not the side facing the beach) and the door for the unit next door is right by the headboard. I’m sure you see where this is going. Any going and coming from neighbors rattled the room. The next to last day of our trip the cleaning crew started very early in the unit next door, before 7:00, and there was absolutely no sleeping in. The rental staff are helpful via email, but calls go directly to voicemail. You can always go in the office on the first floor but pray the blond with the sweet lab sitting at the reception desk is not there. You will get nothing but mean looks and rude behavior. Truly the worst I have ever experienced. The younger office staff were all kind and polite. Overall, I would say it wasn’t awful, not fabulous just kind of meh...

Beautiful view, property was disappointing

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in Destin for a week every year. We returned to Majestic Sun for the location and views. We love the pools and easy access to the beach. The view from our property balcony was beautiful. We choose two bedroom properties with views of the water. We choose beachfront properties with balcony and bedroom views of the gulf steps from the sand. Upon our arrival, we found the handle from the sliding glass door laying on the entertainment center. Black liquid was coming our bathroom shower, sink and kitchen faucets, which were leaking in the cabinets underneath. The Ice maker on the refrigerator did not work so we had to buy ice every day. The dryer in the unit was not working so we had to spend hours at a laundromat. Maintenance responded right away when we arrived to address the sliding glass door, they taped the handle but were unable to fix it. The door did not lock and was too heavy to open. We were unable to enjoy the balcony. The unit was not clean. We spent the first few hours cleaning our unit. The floors were dirty, our white socks were black within a short time being there so we scrubbed the floors after we arrived. The bathrooms had not been cleaned. There were no pots in the unit for cooking so it was clear whoever owned the property does not eat in. We are a family with children and we’re coming on a budget. We will not choose this property again and would not recommend it. The stainless steel appliances were rusting. We completed fye maintenance request for the ice maker and dryer on day 3 of our stay and it was not addressed while we were there. We were told the dryer would be fixed but it was not. The condo was beautifully decorated with pictures but had outdated bathrooms. The unit was cleaner because we stayed there and cleaned it during our stay. They should have paid us for the quality of cleaning we provided. We were disappointed in the quality of the unit and how it was misrepresented in photos. It was not worth fye cost we paid to stay
