Large Condo Ski in / Ski out (COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN 2018) with gorgeous views directly on the base of Tremblant Ski Resort. Luxury and space with 5 bedrooms,



3,5 bathroom, 2 living rooms, relaxing sauna, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and nice balcony. 1 King Bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 Double bed, 4 bunk beds Although, the condo sleeps many people, we limit our renters to a maximum of 12 persons (adults and kids).

Great location

Fit our group of 12 perfectly (8 kids, 4 adults). Enough space for kids to play and adults to visit. The location is great. Ski in / ski out, and a short walk to the village.

Great Stay

Great stay in this condo nestled in the Versant Soleil of the Mont-Tremblant mountain. The space looked bigger than advertised, and was perfect for our group. The host Dominic was responsive to any inquiry we had, we'd stay here again and recommend it to anyone else who are thinking of a ski getaway.

Friends Ski Weekend

This was an amazing place to stay. Truly ski in ski out. My group and I had a great time. The sauna was a huge plus after a long day of skiing. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

Spacious Ski in/Ski out Condo With Short Walk to Mont Tremblant Village

This was our 2nd time renting this beautiful condo! The unit is very spacious and flexible for large families or groups. The location can’t be beat. It’s next to a trail with a it’s own lift and it is a quick walk to town. We plan on renting again in the future!!

Excellent location, adorable cottage. Be mindful of the stairs

Absolutely adored our stay! The communication with the host was quick and efficient. The townhouse is well furnished, including everything that you need. There are a lot of stairs, the inside is divided in 4floors, so you need to keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and chalet!

Great chalet - ski in ski out, and very close walk to the village. The chalet had a sauna, balcony, open plan living space and 4 bedrooms that slept 12 (king bed; a split room with a queen and a bunk bed - double bed at bottom, single on top; another room with a bunk bed; a room with a queen bed; + a day bed in the basement living area.)

Great layout for 3 couples. Clean, kitchen Good location if better snow coverage. Was not ski in/out for us. Info about shuttle times not clear.

Wonderful ski vacation

Everything was wonderful. They even let us check in early. My only quibble is that it’s not a true five bedroom. One of the rooms has a queen bed and a bunk bed separated by a wall. There is only one door to the room and you have to walk through the room with the queen to get to the bunk beds. It wasn’t a big deal but I thought I’d mention it if someone needed 5 separate rooms for privacy and or noise. Other than that the property was great.

Wonderful

A wonderful condo that had plenty of room for our two families (4 adults, 5 teenage boys). Multiple floors that gave privacy but a main floor we could all hang out/cook/play games in. Our boys loved the basement hang-out area and sauna too. We were too early for ski in/ski out snow-wise, but took the free shuttle that comes right to the end of the driveway. Skiing was good, even given all the recent rain. Loved the trails, summit lodge and village. We walked to/from the village multiple times and had some apres ski multiple nights and a lovely dinner in the village too. Very decked out for the holidays. Highly recommended.

Nice Unit with good Ski In/Ski Out

We enjoyed our stay at the Unit, it had everything we needed and the Ski In Ski Out option was great and easy for the kids. As others have pointed out this is a 4 bedroom not 5 bedroom Unit. The 1 room they are considering is a day bed on the lower level that acts as a lower living room. Other item was advertising Hot Tub which when going skiing is what most love to use afterwards. This property considers the whirlpool tub in the master upstairs a Hot Tub which it is not. Those items aside the property we good.

3 Family Week Long Stay

Overall my family was very pleased with our stay. The condo was pretty much as expected from the photos and reviews. It was easy to check in, and the place was clean. So in those regards, it was great. We suffered from poor water pressure initially, which was remedied the morning after we reported it. We appreciated the prompt response to address it. Once we learned how to ski on and off, it was great. I would encourage the host to post that information in their binder of condo information to make it easier for new renters. I would not hesitate to book this condo again should we return to Mont Tremblant.

Pleasant stay at Tremblant

We had a very pleasant stay at this property in mid-January. Dominic is very quick to respond, and was even able to get us into the property early. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the Cabriolet lift and the main ski resort shops. We were able to ski down the Chalumeau trail to a lift, as well as ski back along that trail. The house had plenty of space for 5 adults and 5 kids to sleep. As others have mentioned, we couldn’t find the sheets for the bed/captains bed in the basement, but were able to make do. The furniture is also starting to see some wear and tear, so we avoided using the drawers since the doors or handles were loose. Otherwise, we had space outside for all 10 sets of skis, all our boots fit in the gear area, and we had plenty of space to spend together or apart. And, the skiing itself was wonderful, and we really enjoyed the area.

Not as advertised

We had a good time at Condo 405. The lounge and dining area and the kitchen worked out well for our group of 10. The VRBO website lists 5 bedrooms, but in fact there are only really 4. The space in the basement with the “platform” bed is not a bedroom. Based on the VRBO description this is either Bedroom 1 or Bedroom 2. The Canadian Building Code (applicable in Quebec) requires all bedrooms to have a window for emergency egress, but this “bedroom” has no window. It also has no door. Most renters would assume that a bedroom would have a window and a door, although a door is not actually required in a bedroom by the code. There were no sheets or blankets provided for this "bedroom”. We couldn’t get the sauna to work. After switching the power on (the light came on) and turning the heat control to a variety of positions, there was no heat. There was no mention in the condo guide binder on how to operate the sauna.

The location was outstanding for both ski in/ski out and walking to the Pedestrian Village. The kitchen and dining room worked great for meal prep, meals, and games for our party of 10.

Location is great. Neat layout to house. Would be good to make it clear in listing that one of the queen beds is in a shared room with one of the bunks. Host was slow to respond to messages compared to other experiences. I was managing this trip for 3 families (11 guests). Some feedback from all:Some updating to the beds, sofa, seating would be nice for the price. Would be awesome to include shampoo. Not enough soap in bathroom. There were only 10 towels (you say 12 guests can stay, would be good to have one for each)Towels were in basement when we got there - would be great for those to be ready for us.Snow removal around the front entrance/steps would be good to pay for. They were super slippery with lots of snow packed down on them. We had one guest with mobility issues and this was harder for them.

The condo was well kept up and the location is fantastic as well. There were a few things that would have been good to know prior to a few hours before check in (no shampoo/conditioner, only two parking spots), the condo does only have 4 separated bedrooms in spite of the listing indicating it has 5. There is a room that would be perfect for a family with kids, but doesn't work as well with a group of adults. Then the towels as we arrived were wet in the dryer.
