The living and dining room lead out to the private balcony, complete with a seating area for gathering on warm Summer evenings and an outdoor dining area with a natural gas BBQ. Off of the hallway on the main floor youâll also find 1 of the 2 half bathrooms in this home.
This kitchen is the optimal combination of design and functionality, featuring top-of-the-line chef`s appliances and all the cutlery, bakeware, cookware, and dishes you will need for nights cooking at home when youâre not enjoying one of the popular nearby restaurants. The dining area has ample space with a capacity of up to 15 guests.
The lower level of this condominium features a second living space with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a private balcony with sun loungers. Adjacent to the living room is a billiards table and a wet bar area with a wine cooler. The second half-bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway on this floor.
Our condominium features six bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and a smart TV. Bedroom 1 is located on the third floor and includes a king-size bed and a private balcony. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and a private balcony. Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 each have a queen-size bed. Room 6 has two queen-size beds and a private patio on the second floor.
Guest Access Guests of Verbier have exclusive access to a spa pavilion with an outdoor pool (available during the summer months), a hot tub, a fitness center, and a sauna (year round). After a day of skiing or hiking, guests may relax in the sauna, take a dip in the pool, or socialize in the lounge.

CITQ# 318852 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Townâs Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and

The property was exquisite - clean, spacious and easy to get to mountain. There was a slight delay at check-in which had me nervous that the reservation wasnât valid but VRBO was able to contact property manager and smooth everything out, Aside from that, the rental company was easy to communicate with as we needed a replacement remote. Highly recommend - fabulous stay for a large group.
Six couples, 12 people, beautiful kitchen, dinner for 12 at the beautiful dining room table 6 rooms with six ensuites the most beautiful property weâve ever stayed at what a wonderful weekend!!!
This property is amazing! Great location. Brand new. Great amenities and great location. Superb communication with host. Beds were great and all rooms have individual bathrooms. Highly recommend and will stay there again!

We rented a specific house for 13 persons. The house was the main pole of attraction for which we chose to visit Tremblant. On the day of arrival, and while half of the group was already in Canada, we were notified (in a rather blunt way) that the house was unavailable due to "pipe damage". We were offered the following alternatives, all of which showed poor judgment by the management company:1. Full reimbursement (obviously impossible as half of the group was literally outside the rental's door)2. A smaller condo (obviously impossible because it did not have enough beds and baths for 13 people)3. Two even smaller condos (which in total had less bedrooms and less bathrooms than the original house).As a result two couples found last-minute rooms in nearby hotels, and the rest were spread across two small condos. The whole point of our get-together vacation was ruined. Problems happen and we understand. What we did not understand was:a) The lack of true effort to resolve the problem (we were constantly told "this is the best we can do", only to do something more after we pressed)b) The lack of adequate explanation (how come a big company that manages dozens of rentals cannot find a plumber - was it the first time that pipes broke in Canada?)c) The compounding errors, which added insult to injury (address of condos was given wrong, wifi password given wrong, etc)On a good side, we received a partial refund but only after we pushed (not voluntarily, as it should have bee
