About this property

PROMO House 12 people with swimming pool, next to the beach-label 3 clévacances

PROMO from June 29th to July 6th. Located on the island of Noirmoutier, in the center of Barbâtre close to shops and 5 minutes from the beach, this house consists of two units. The garden is enclosed with a swimming pool covered by a removable dome and a terrace. Bikes are available. Ping pong table. Wireless. Car parking.

The house is ideal for two groups or couples of friends who want to go on holiday with some independence. You can eat together in one of the houses that can accommodate 12 people with its large table and kitchen for 12.

The first house includes a kitchen, a dining room with lounge, two bathrooms with two showers and two toilets and three bedrooms (2 bedrooms each with a bed of 2 places, a room with 2 beds 1 place). The second house includes a large kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms with a shower and a bath, a toilet and three bedrooms (2 bedrooms each with a bed of 2 places, a room with 2 beds 1 place).

We do not offer a cleaning fee, the house must be clean as on your arrival.
The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is € 1.10 per day and per person over 18 years. It is payable to the owner during the stay.
During the heating period, we add electricity consumption on meter readings

Cette grande maison est parfaite pour une réunion de famille de 12 adultes. Le temps frais n'a pas permis d'utiliser la piscine. De la place pour garder les voitures en toute sécurité.

Très bon séjour entre amis !

Parfait pour un séjour en famille ou amis. Nous étions 6 couples d’amis. À savoir qu’il y a deux chambres communicantes à l’étage d’une des deux maisons. Très bien pour un couple et deux enfants mais pas pratique entre amis. Mais cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour. Équipement ménager parfait ! Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Accueil excellent ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Propriétaires agréables et arrangeants dès notre arrivée. La propriété est parfaite, même pour de jeunes enfants car fermée, sans vis à vis, avec une piscine sécurisée. Des pièces spacieuses, 2 maisons équipées, de quoi arranger toutes les familles. La plage a 5mn à pied, la boulangerie au coin de la rue, et un village calme bien qu'ayant tout sur place.
