Ideally located in the village of Epine, between the sea and salt marshes, quiet, close to shops, we offer a Villa, located at the bottom of a wooded dead end, completely enclosed by walls or a spacious garden will welcome your children safely. Any Comfort of 175 m 2, you will have 10 beds (4 beds doubles and 2 twin beds of 90 cm) distributed in 5 rooms, one being the bakehouse of the stay, well separated, 1 bathroom, 1 room of shower , 3 wc-a large kitchen with dishwasher and 1 double living room of 60 m² with a fireplace, opening south, 2 terraces welcome our deckchairs and garden furniture- An independent laundry with washing machine, ironing board and Dryer completes our installation
