Located on the 5th floor with lift in a quiet residence with caretaker, on the seafront with swimming pool and magnificent 180° degree view of the sea, the port and the Pyrenees (Canigou). Apartment with a surface area of 55 m2 (sleeps 5, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed with dressing room) Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, separate toilet, equipped kitchen, oven, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, fridge freezer with dining area, living room with sofa and Smart TV, equipped loggia. Electric heating, private parking space, bicycle storage, direct access to the beach (50m with no road to cross), swimming pool reserved for residents,<br>Close to all amenities, fish market, restaurants, bakery, mini-market, only 3Km from the superb Christmas market, 40km from the Spanish border and 17km from Perpignan.<br>Cleaning (30€) and linen (30€) optional<br>Security deposit of 500€ to be paid by check or cash.<br>High season from 01 July to 26 August - minimum rental 1 week from Saturday to Saturday.

Bien placé au port, un peu éloigné de l'agitation du village. Une vue incroyable sur l'océan et les Pyrénées. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Le seul petit bémol serait les horaires restreintes de la piscine (10h -17h du lundi au vendredi / 10h-19h le samedi et fermée le dimanche)
