We had some issues initially but Tele was quick to make it right or better. The location is ideal to get to many places on the island. If we ever come back to Nassau we would stay here again.

Telvern was excellent from the first moment we booked the holiday communication was first class. Unfortunately, I was taken ill en route from the UK so didn't physically get to the accommodation. However, Telvern has assisted in my travel insurance claim. I have no doubt that the property would have been as described and Telvern would have been an excellent host.

I born on the island of Nassau and frequented several of the many islands that make up the Bahamas as a child growing up for vacation. All of my schoolings were done right here on the island. I graduated from an Anglican private school St. Johns College and furthered my studies at the College of the Bahamas now University of The Bahamas

Why they chose this property

I bought the plot of land due to its perfect location. It is centrally located and close to everything, including the beach. Also, at the time, I was employed at the Crystal Palace (now Baha Mar), which was 10 mins away. I needed to be close to my office; moreover, the neighborhood was ideal to start a family. At the time, the property owners were all young professionals. Many still reside and take pride in their surroundings; today, it remains centrally located to everything. You can be anywhere in 20min. It is also in a safe and friendly neighborhood; it is considered an upper-middle-class community.

What makes this property unique

When the townhouse was designed, I liked the open concept for casual living. Nonetheless, I also liked having some separation for formal life; hence two eating and sitting areas; this concept keeps the person involved in conversations while cooking or cleaning. This rental is excellent for couples, families, and friends to create lasting memories. You will fall in love with how spacious the apartment is, the décor, how peaceful and quiet the surrounding neighborhood is. There is a view of the pool from the bonus sitting area, which gives you an of view of the backyard space where there are colorful outdoor picnic tables for outdoor eating and festivities and soon to come to a gazebo.
