The neighborhood is the perfect location I did 10 years of research before purchasing in the Bahamas and this is the best spot on the island!

What makes this property unique

Our home in Nassau Bahamas was designed with an emphasis on "Beach Chic".
The furniture was carefully curated with our guests in mind to carefully create an Island Oasis. The home itself is newly constructed built in 2012 so all amenities are gorgeous, new bathrooms, marble floors on the first floor, new appliances.
