Unique neighborhood with the rear of homes on each block all facing a large grassy common area with pool, palm trees, fruit trees and wide open views of the crystal blue desert skies and sun-drenched mountains. 3 night minimum stay required during holidays and music festival season.

We absolutely love the proximity of this home to all the restaurants, shopping and festivals! We also love the simplicity and openness of the home. Our goal was to make this home as inviting and comfortable as possible, both for ourselves and our guests, and we thing we've succeeded. We may live there full time someday in the future, but for now we welcome all our guests!
