Close to Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals, as well as shopping and dining. Unique neighborhood with the rear of homes on each block all facing a large grassy common area with pool, palm trees, fruit trees and wide open views of the crystal blue desert skies and sun-drenched mountains. 3 night minimum stay required during holidays and music festival season.
