Welcome to your perfect family-friendly Sunriver retreat! This charming home features an open-concept living room full of character and warmth, making it the ideal place to relax after a day of adventure. The fully stocked kitchen and adjacent dining room on the upper main level make family meals a breeze, while the cozy living area is perfect for gathering around for games or a movie night.

Downstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms designed with families in mind. The queen ensuite offers a private bath for extra convenience, while a second queen bedroom and a kids’ room with built-in bunk beds plus two twin beds provide plenty of sleeping space. A full bathroom downstairs makes this level both practical and inviting for larger groups.

The home also includes bikes for guest use—an essential for exploring Sunriver’s 40+ miles of paved trails. After a day of biking, hiking, or floating the Deschutes River, relax with a game of cornhole or unwind under the stars. Dogs are welcome here too, and they’ll love the outdoor adventures just as much as you do.

Nice end of summer trip

End of summer was a Great time to visit, less busy. We enjoyed everything except the dog hair but it was okay. Happy they took dogs and had pool passes with A/C! Nice and cold downstairs! Thank you!

Beautiful Property

Stunning property in Sunriver next to The Village shopping center and outdoor fun center for kids. Train located close to property, but this did not disturb us during the stay as they ran quietly at night. Beautiful, clean, spacious location for family reunions and peaceful stay. Garage is not meant for cars and can only fit bicycles as part of the garage was possibly converted into a bedroom. The only downfall is there was no physical address for the property and we figured it out after receiving the specific house number.

Summer fun

This was a great house. We loved all the different balconies! The outdoor space was amazing! There was space to spread out and the most well equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen at a rental. Walk in pantry and any kitchen appliance or severing dish you would need. You can hear the train at night but it didn’t bother us.

Wonderful vacation home!

We had a wonderful family vacation! The house was well stocked with all the appliances and dish ware you could ever need. (Loved this!) They even had extra toiletries prepared for our family. The beds were fine just firmer than we’re used to. The train was a little obnoxious at night, but great for the kids to see during the day. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Space

Fun spot to stay - we loved using the nikes and all the different decks are fun. Only thing I would change is maybe get comfier pillows/mattresses. Would stay again for sure.

The house was clean and had everything you could want. It was decorated very cute and was in a great location. Only a mile from the Village. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the location. The hot tub and bikes were nice to have access to. The property managers were quick to respond. However, this home is very dated. The beds and pillows have waterproof covers which are ridiculous to try to sleep on. I have requested to have them removed, due to the reviews I read, but the property managers said the owners wouldn’t allow this…There are trains coming through very close to the home early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The hot tub deck had Several extremely loose boards and nails sticking up from the boards. I was dissatisfied and I feel this property was very over priced.

Super happy fun time

Overall everything was great. It would of been nice to know before we booked that no guest passes were included for SHARC. The check in and check out times were late and early, but COVID. Appreciated a safe place to get away.
