Fantastic location right next to the lovely covered market which has endless choices of terrific fares. Short walk to the square and beach. Strange arrangements of separate toilets from bathrooms but overall a fabulous house.

Better than the photos. Large, modern, well-equipped house, excellent clean pool, very good location. Wonderful for grown ups and children alike.

All good as described, location great. Grass little uneven around pool could be trip hazard. Also no ventilation in toilets! Otherwise excellent stay. Lady who meet us was most helpful.

de qualité mais pb avec l piscine

tout est chouette et conforme à l'annonce. Toutefois nous avons eu un pb avec la piscine qui n'a pas été réglé. A partir de mercredi soir, odeur de vase et eau trouble et opaque. Imposssible pour les enfants de se baigner! La pisciniste n'est intervenue que vendredi soir, la veille de notre départ au grand désarroi des enfants! Le pb n'était tjrs pas réglé le samedi matin, l'eau était tjrs de trÚs mauvaise qualité... Bref nous avons perdu deux jours d'accÚs à la piscine. C'est bien dommage!

Cette maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et permet de passer un sĂ©jour Ă  10 avec beaucoup d’espace pour chacun. Marianne nous a accueilli trĂšs chaleureusement. Nahe am perfekten Urlaub

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder - von 7 bis 14 Jahre - in dieser Konstellation viele Urlaube gemacht - dieser war mit Abstand der beste, weil das Haus schlicht perfekt ist. Lage top, direkt gegenĂŒber der Markt (trotzdem nicht laut!), der riesige Strand fußlĂ€ufig in 6-8 Minuten erreichbar, alles fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf ohne Auto darstellbar. Das einzige was zu Fuß weiter wĂ€re ist der Glascontainer... Das in Kombination mit der herzlichen, reibungslosen und unkomplizierten Betreuung macht die 2 Wochen zu einem der besten Urlaube der letzten Jahre! Egal was ist, es wird sofort reagiert und zĂŒgig gelöst. Aus unseren Augen absolut seinen Preis wert - wir wollen alle hier noch einmal hin und eine weitere Zeit genießen. Vielen Dank, Marianne fĂŒr die super Betreuung und auch danke an den EigentĂŒmer Bruno fĂŒr die tolle Ferienimmobilie...

Vacances au top !

Une localisation idéale à 2 pas de toutes les commodités et de la plage. Un village animé et accueillant. Une maison spacieuse, conviviale et bien équipée. La conciergerie est trÚs efficace et à votre écoute pour toute sollicitation. L'environnement proche est riche de nombreuses activités... pour tous les goûts. TrÚs bonne adresse !

Maison spacieuse, grande cuisine double séjour située à proximité (10 min à pied) des plages de Saint-Georges-de-Didonne et de Royan. Les chambres sont confortables et au calme (mois de mai?). les commerces sont accessibles à pied, ce qui permet de trÚs peu utiliser sa voiture

Suite à un orage nous avons eu un problÚme électrique, tout de suite résolu par le propriétaire et l'intervenant, trÚs réactifs tous les 2 et ce trÚs gentiment. De + les responsables de l'accueil sont agréables et ne sont pas avares de conseils et bonnes idées Merci à tous .

La maison est au top. Bien situĂ©e, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d’une grande plage sans avoir Ă  prendre de voiture et des commerces pour faire tout Ă  pied et du marchĂ© pour des produits locaux de qualitĂ© 😌 La maison offre des espaces trĂšs agrĂ©ables et pour que chacun y trouve sa place
 tout y est 
 les prĂ©cĂ©dents laissants des restes aux suivants mĂȘme
 comme si tout le monde se sentait chez eux. La piscine est magnifique đŸ€© (dommage qu’il n’y ait pas possibilitĂ© d’éclairage la nuit). On peut rĂ©sumer ainsi : espace et confort, charme et convivialitĂ© sont les mots les plus proches du ressenti.

Superbe Villa, idéale pour une famille de 12 à 15 personnes

Excellent accueil, une bouteille de mousseux offerte nous attendait dans le frigo en arrivant. IdĂ©alement situĂ©e, proche des commerces, juste en face des halles et Ă  proximitĂ© de la plage. Nous avons pu profiter de notre sĂ©jour en famille en faisant tout Ă  pied ! Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas accessible hors saison, on aurait bien piquĂ© une tĂȘte !

Excellent séjour avec tout à proximité

La villa est idéalement située, tout peut se faire à pied (marché, boulangerie, superette, restaurants, plage à moins de 5mn à pied). La villa est trÚs bien équipée, rien ne manque, elle est spacieuse ce qui permet de garder son intimité lorsqu'on est nombreux. La piscine est parfaite ainsi que l'espace qui l'entoure. TrÚs bon séjour avec en sus le soleil :)

Grande maison familiale à proximité de tout

Une semaine inoubliable ! Les chambres sont grandes, la maison lumineuse et agréable à vivre. La piscine est un vrai plus que les enfants ont particuliÚrement apprécié. Une personne passe l'entretenir et la nettoyer toutes les semaines. Je recommande vivement ! Seusl points à améliorer : il manque un sÚche-linge quand il ne fait pas beau (le lave-linge séchant n'est pas des plus efficaces) et le barbecue qui n'était pas nettoyé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison identique aux photos: maison trÚs fonctionnelle, avec de l'espace pour tous (nous étions 12), rénovée récemment, décorée avec goût. Le plus: le babyfoot au sous-sol! TrÚs bien placée en face du marché couvert avec des commerçants accueillants, proche du centre ville et de la plage avec sa belle promenade vers le phare.
