We have dreamed of this authentic Provencal Mas for a long time! In 2000, we realize our dream!
On a 1 hectare plot near the Alpilles, 5 minutes by car from the charming village of Eygalières (20 minutes on foot, 7 minutes by bike) Not far from St Rémy de Provence (10mn by car), Avignon and his palace, Arles or Isle sur la Sorgue ...
This farmhouse has a sleeping capacity of 15 people.
In the Main house, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and toilets, 2 of which with additional small bedrooms for 2 children. A large living room, a kitchen with table for 10 people, back kitchen, toilet.
In the guest house, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets
In the Games house (billiards, table football, etc.), a service bedroom with shower room.
Swimming pool: 12 * 6 protected by a vegetable hedge and an approved gate.
Petanque ground, Ping pong, Trampoline, Swing.
Large outdoor table under pergola.
2 hours of cleaning per day included in the price (If you need more hours of cleaning or a stove, do not hesitate to ask us).
On site: MAV, MAL, Nespresso machine, TV in each bedroom + one in the living room, 2 ovens ....

C’est un petit village où il y a une vie à la fois dynamique et hors du temps.

What makes this property unique

J’aime cette maison. On s’y sent bien. Nous la louons très peu. Nous aimons venir en famille ou avec des amis passer des moments merveilleux. Elle est très agréable toute l’année. Nous sommes au cœur de la région avec St Rémy de Provence, les Baux-de-Provence, Arles, Avignon, l'isles sur la Sorgue… . On ne s’en lasse pas !
