Fully air-conditioned, with 5 double bedrooms, 5 shower rooms, a heated and secure swimming pool, and a pétanque court, you will be captivated by the light, the quality of the materials, and the comfort, perfect for a family holiday. A true home away from home! The entire house is on the garden level, with each bedroom having direct access to the terrace. A large living area features an open-plan kitchen with a central island, a lounge, and a dining room. A secure mezzanine area allows you or your children to relax in front of the television. Regarding the bedrooms, here is the layout: A beautiful master suite (160 sq m) with shower room, toilet, and dressing room; a double bedroom (160 sq m) with shower room and toilet; a double or twin bedroom (2 x 90 sq m) with shower room (guest toilet in the hallway); a double bedroom (160 sq m) with shower room and toilet. A fifth independent double bedroom (160 sq m) with shower room and toilet is located outside the house.
