Vacancew tres agreanles. Appartement tres bien place et equipe ! Tout peut se faire a pieds centre ville et belles places.Surtout un.parking ce qui est primordial car tout est payant a Arcachon et plage de stationnement de 2 heures !!

Calme et très pratique pour l'accès plage

Appartement situé dans une petite résidence très calme. L'équipement proposé est parfait pour passer des vacances tranquilles. Du vis à vis sur le balcon mais on s'y fait en profitant de la plancha. L'accès à la plage est juste parfait et on peut aller protiter du coucher de soleil sur le banc du jardin. 1,3 km pour le centre ville,

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était parfait !Cuisine équipée, lave-linge, 2 tv, grand balcon.Bien exposé.proximité directe de la plage.parking couvert.Trés bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est très à l écoute. Nous recommandons à 200% et nous serions ravis de revenir à nouveau à Arcachon et dans cette location

Location correcte

Location correcte pour deux personnes. La proximité de la plage est un plus et cela est très agréable. Parking tres petit pour les grosses voitures type S.U.V, nous n’avons pas été prévenus de cela. Accrochage fréquent à la sortie du garage. Mise à part ce petit point négatif notre impression sur le reste est positive.

Bonjour JULIE Nous regrettons votre petit accrochage dans le parking ! il est vrai que pour les grosses voitures cela est délicat ! Mais en plein coeur d' Arcachon, c'est toujours un plus de pouvoir resté stationné gratuitement et en toute sécurité. A priori l' appartement ne vous a pas totalement satisfaite ?et ce compte tenu de la mention correcte ??! ... bien cordialement et respectueusement S. Rigaud

Accueil est parfait ! Une mention spéciale à Barbara qui est parfaite dans son rôle de gouvernante ! L'appartement est vraiment agréable, tout est prévu pour notre confort. La situation est idéale pour passer un excellent séjour sans voiture et au calme. La résidence est de très bon standing. Tout est parfait, je recommande vraiment cette location !! Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été fort agréables!! Merci pour ces bonnes vacances.

La résidence est très propre et très calme et très bien située : elle donne directement sur la plage et l'accès au centre ville se fait facilement à pied. la présence du parking couvert est un plus. Très bel appartement, décoré avec goût, bien équipé et très fonctionnel. nous avons l'impression d'être chez soi; le balcon est très agréable pour prendre les repas. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité; l'appartement est vraiment bien entretenu. L'appartement était très propre et nous avons été très bien accueillis par Barbara, qui fait tout son possible pour rendre le séjour agréable. Les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été très bons Je recommande vivement cet appartement;
