Ca'n Tiana (ETV 4045) - A Fabulous Holiday Home with amazing mountain views
A spacious, well equipped holiday home, with amazing outdoor space including a newly renovated terrace and new pool as of 2022. The terrace, pool & summer house have fabulous mountain views of the Serra De Tramuntana, listed as part of the UNESCO World Heritage list.
The house is a very typical Mallorcan property with many original features and updated to include many home comforts! The property is perfectly arranged to maximise outdoor living, with the kitchen and living room at the top of the house and within steps of the built-in BBQ, terrace, pool & summer house which is perfect for some shade!
Entrada
You will step from a pretty courtyard into the typical Mallorcan Entrada, a perfect spot to cool down.
Bathrooms
The property has two bathrooms, one with a bath and both with a shower, w/c, heated towel rail and wash basin.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, one with a large bed that can be made into a twin room if required, and one with a double bed. Both bedrooms have aircon.
There is also a lounge to relax in and a well equipped kitchen on the top floor, the lounge and kitchen also have aircon.
