Excellent getaway with amazing views.

My family took a trip and stayed at this location. It was my 12 month olds first beach trip and we loved every minute of it. The condo was very clean and was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The shower in the master bathroom was my favorite lol!

Great condo!

We loved this condo! Updated decor, very well stocked kitchen, great views and good location. We really enjoyed the oversize balconies in this building. The pool was nice and big. It was very easy to get up and down to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great beach vacation!

The condo was spacious, very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. We loved the convenience of its location to the beach, pool and grocery. I didn't care for the colors but that's just personal taste. Loved the sectional sofa. Very comfortable.

Would do it again !!

Great floor plan with fantastic views to many directions. All features and amenities as described. Room was clean and ready at scheduled arrival time. Balcony extra large and offers view of Blue Angels practice sessions, Johnson Beach and beautiful Gulf Coast. Plenty of nice choices dining in near area. Pretty mush hassle free booking and follow up. Elevator a bit moody but not enough to deduct a star. Feel like we made a good choice..

Property is first rate in every respect. Appears to have been recently renovated. Nice furniture, appliances, linens & kitchenware. Big flat screens in the family room and all bedrooms. Great value. Communicative and accurate property managers. This unit will be our first choice when returning to Perdido Key. We could not be more pleased.

Nice condo. Great stay

Well stocked kitchen gadgets. So nice to have a pantry for food storage. So much room in master, closets and bathrooms! Comfortable beds and furniture. A few picky items: Third bedroom needs drawers, vacuum doesn't have any suction and dryer takes 3 cycles to dry beach towels. May just need vent cleaning. 10 am departure is rough. Overall great unit. Will definitely rent again.

Top notch rental

Place was very clean and communication with rental folks was amazing. Great rental! We love time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and this was a great balcony. The only problem was we had some weather from Marco and the balcony flooded with water to the point we could not go out on the balcony. Other balconies were dry, so I guess being so close to top of building you get the runoff effect. That was the only negative thing I could say about this place....I would rent again though:-)

Bring Clorox Wipes!

First the good things - the location is wonderful. The outdoor space was great. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were clean and comfortable. Now for the bad parts - the rug needs to be cleaned, no throw pillows or any ‘comforts’ I would expect for a ‘luxury’ rental, lighting was limited to a single lamp and ceiling lighting making this modern condo feel cold. Under-cabinet lighting did not work. Kitchen and all surfaces were FILTHY! Only after a good cleaning by me, were we comfortable being there. The walls had spots where clearly things were spilled and splashed, door handles were all filthy, light switches, and all surfaces of furniture had spots of gooey stuff on them. No blinds and few curtains in main living area. Recommendation to owner - get a new cleaning service and add some comforts for your guests. We probably won’t rent this particular space again due to the dubious cleaning job and lack of thought by owners to make guests feel more at home.

Fun for the family

We had a great time. Could not get a response from property owner via VRBO but overall went very well! We did however communicate very well once we got there and received a number to contact. Balcony was closed the whole time due to repairs from hurricane. That would have been nice to know up front but still wonderful time.

Balcony without view of ocean

Checked in on Christmas eve, found balcony wrapped up and no view of ocean. I knew there was construction on building, the description had the information which I did not pay close attention as i relied more on the pictures. Upon calling the manager went to automated answering machine and call was returned two days later so without options we spent our vacation on a penthouse with an obstructed beach view. I cant complain on the facilities inside the apartment, except for the obstructed balcony. The purpose of spending money was to get a view of the beach and if you don't get it it is meaningless to be inside a property with all amneties.

As stated on all of our Beach Colony listings at the top of their descriptions, there is a significant construction project taking place on-site that impacts balcony usage. As you acknowledged, there was a disclaimer in place stating this prior to your booking, and it was also included as an additional line in the contract you signed upon completing your booking. We apologize for the delayed response, as our office was closed for the holiday and we had limited staff available for emergency calls.
