View and location were fantastic. The bathrooms were a bit grimy. One of the bedroom ceiling fans was extremely noisy to the point it could not be used. Property management attempted to repair it twice, to no avail.

Great condo for our family!

Loved the size of the condo. Had everything we needed but there weren’t any blankets and it got cold at night. So just bring your own.

Fantastic Condo!

Best balcony of all the places I've stayed along Perdido Key & Orange Beach. Condo had everything you'd need equipment wise. A/C in the master will freeze you out. Loved 3C and plan on making a return trip soon as possible.

All good with one exception. The hurricane shutters on balcony rattle and are extremely loud in master bedroom. They woke us up 4 different nights. I tried to lower them a little and raise again but didn’t work. Everything else was wonderful.

Our family had three condos and every condo had problems form broken handles on doors to a washing machine that didn't work. Went to main office to have contacts up dated and my messages were going to my son's text. Elevators in two building had problems. The HOA just needs to put money into the building.

Loved the location and the pool and beach!

We had 5 adults and one child and had plenty of room in this spacious condo. We loved being on the 3rd floor. It was easy to jump on the elevator and be in the parking lot or at the pool or on the beach in minutes. The living room has plenty of seating, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bedrooms are also all a good size with quality linen on the beds and freshly laundered blankets. Unfortunately, though, the mattresses were not all that comfortable. The master bathroom looks like it has been updated and is nice, but the grout and floors in the other two bathrooms could use some updating. The view from the balcony is excellent, and we enjoyed mornings and evenings out there. There was plenty of seating for us all. The only recommendation would be to clean or replace the fabric coverings on the balcony couch and chairs. They have definitely seen some wear. The best part of this condo is the property location. It is at the end of the island, so not a lot of traffic, but still close to good restaurants and shopping. We did have an issue when we arrived with one of the bedroom closet doors having been removed and put in the laundry room for some reason, but I contacted the property management team, and they promptly sent someone out to put it back in place. We enjoyed our week on Perdido Key and really like the Beach Colony complex. We will definitely visit again.

Not what we were hoping for and wrong info given

The condo was very clean, beds were very comfortable (not a small thing), and kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. the condo was somewhat dated compared to the photos The information sent to us for entering the property was wrong. The tower name given was 3A (which was actually the unit number), we could not figure out which tower it was even after calling the information lines several times. We were told there would be a key box for the unit but we were not told where it would be. It would have been very helpful to stay exactly where it was located AND how to work it. There were some people staying in a unit near us who also tried to open out and could not. The elevator also was difficult to work. The street address number was also wrong - it was for the tower next door. We were also told that we would need a code to get into the beach and the pool. That was not true. there was no code box for either. Once we FINALLY got into the condo I immediately saw that the deck was not usable as the door was bolted shut and had "not in use" signs. We found out later that there were repairs going on to fix hurricane damage which had been going on for the past 6 months. I was angry that we were not made aware of this ahead of time. None of the windows worked except the one in the back facing the parking lot, Disappointing being so close to the water and not being able to get in fresh air! would have been helpful to have info about the area as well!

Great Location, Great Memories

The Condo was great, location was great. Its advertised perfectly. The A/C went out over night so we had one really hot night and that was miserable but I called the next day and they immediately sent someone out to fix it I think within 30 minutes we had someone working on the A/C. Kinda sucked because we were stuck inside the condo for the night while he worked on the A/C and we had plans to go out but my trust in people is thin so I didn't want to leave and have the A/C guy in and out of the condo when we weren't there. We did run into a few problems. My son wanted to workout because he plays football and was missing his practice, so i told him every morning at 6am I will go down and work out with him. The first day a man came in questioning me like I was in an interrogation room. Apparently he was an owner of one of the condos and said that he will not allow us in the workout area. We left because it wasn't worth my time, but it was frustrating because it happened again the next morning. after that we gave up. Also, the beach is CROWDED. they have a company that rents chairs out and it takes up most of the space and the chairs are hardly used and mostly empty the whole day. But it crams you into a tiny space. I'm talking I could have reached over and kissed the person sitting next to me on a beach chair. It was ridiculous. They are have posts on both side of the beach as a spot only we can go in. If you try to go to sit on another part of the beach there are literally security guards that will stop you. It was wild. But like I said, the condo was great. Most of the problems happened outside of the condo but still on the property.

Unit poorly maintained and in need of an update. Outdoor furnishings stained & dirty. Blinds broken

Would not rent this unit again. Unit in general was in poor shape. Called about blinds lying on window seals and no response. Not sure I would rent from Luxury Coastal Vacations again.
