This house was perfect for my group coming in for an MSU football weekend! Plenty of space to hangout, and a super quick Uber ride to downtown East Lansing.
Would definitely stay here again!

Glad it was perfect for you and your group. We hope you come back!
we were happy to have more than enough room inside and out. we were two adults, baby and toddler in town to care for a relative. the owner left us her phone number and volunteered to get us whatever we needed. we were close to shopping. we found plenty of areas to walk and bike. lake lansing and other parks were close by. i definitely would stay here again.
Terry’s house was beautiful and clean! My fiancé and I were looking for a last minute place to stay for a few nights and she made the whole process very easy. She answered all of our questions promptly and checked in on us in the middle of the week to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the future and would stay here again!
Went here for a friends' artist retreat. Location, price, communicate with the host, couldn't be better. Would highly recommend, especially if you have a big crew you're traveling with.

Always nice to hear when what we’ve created works out so well for guests.
We enjoyed our stay at Terry's house. It was perfect for our group of 5, everyone had their own bedroom, the house was clean and greeted us with a box of cookies, a bottle of wine and even tickets to a jazz concert! If we need to, we will definitely stay again!
This host went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Special holiday touches were added, as well as leaving wine and sweet treats for us. Quaint and quiet setting. Thanks again!
Our family of 10 rented this home for the weekend and had a nice stay. The bedrooms were scattered throughout the house providing privacy, which was particularly helpful with 3 small kids in tow. There were plenty of amenities in the home and a large backyard with room for the kids to run or play yard games. Overall our family enjoyed our stay.

Nice to hear our place was able to accommodate and that you had a nice family gathering.
At the very last minute, I had to cancel my stay. Host was polite and I appreciated that. Host said I was welcome to try again next year.
I can only review my communication with the property manager, and it was 5-star. Thank you.

We do all we can to ensure all aspects of our guests’ experience are top notch.
The owner was very responsive and the yard is spacious. However, the inside looked a lot better online than in person. It's VERY dated. One small, very uncomfortable couch and one chair in the living room. A small table and chairs in the kitchen. Bathroom shower door very difficult to slide open. Basement room is near the heater which makes ALOT of noise! Just OK as a place to sleep, not a place for a family to gather.

We take pride in our vintage house. It's been freshly painted, new carpets, new furniture, new kitchen appliances, new hot water heater, new air conditioning. and new ceiling lights/fans. We've had many large groups and families stay and they've found it works great for them. However, we take all comments seriously and so we will be adding another couch and more chairs in the living room and fix the shower door. The three seasons room has a matching table and chairs that can be added to the kitchen set, thus doubling size. The house was built using timbers cut from the land it sits on. It had only one prior owner, who took great care of it. Also, when any guest arrives, if they need something special, all they have to do is contact us and we do our best to accommodate any requests on the same day.
We stayed at this house for a staff outing. We have staff across the state and it was a nice central location. Terry was very communicative and accommodating for us. Directions for check in and out were very clear. We were able to have an extremely productive outing.

Our place works well for small groups who need a quiet space to collaborate. Glad it was productive.
The location of the house was good for the things we wanted to do. Good base for our activities
The one bathroom was a bit tricky but being able to use the one in unit B was very helpful
Great place to stay. Owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.
