Located only three miles north of Breckenridge, Highland Greens Getaway is the perfect location for your family vacation. This modern two-level townhome offers the luxuries of a gas fireplace, private hot tub and steam shower, as well as the convenience of a washer/dryer, gas grill and single car garage.

Enjoy the simplicity of accessing Breckenridge Ski Resort via private shuttle service during the winter months or walk over to the Breckenridge Golf Club during the summer.

3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom modern townhouse with private patio and jetted hot tub. There is plenty of seating in the living room to play a board game or enjoy a movie by the gas fireplace. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook meals for the whole family to enjoy together in the dining area that seats eight.

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor of the townhome.

- The primary bedroom has one king bed and en suite bathroom with steam shower.
- The second bedroom has one queen bed.
- The third bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with an additional twin size pull-out trundle.
All three bedrooms have their own TVs.

Highland Greens Getaway is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Breckenridge Ski Resort. The HOA operates a private shuttle during ski season offering drop-off/pick-up at the Breckenridge Resort gondola.

In addition, enjoy nordic skiing, ice skating or a horse drawn sleigh-ride at the Gold Run Nordic Center- less than one mile away. In the summer, take a short walk over to the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club or check out the abundance of local bike paths and hiking trails.

Highland Greens Getaway is only a five minute drive from historic, downtown Breckenridge where you will find an array of great dining and shopping experiences. Breckenridge is filled with creative little treasures that you will discover around every corner. Entertainment options are plentiful with lots of talented, local bands, the Breckenridge Backstage Theater, the Breckenridge Repertory Orchestra and more. Once you have enjoyed the liveliness of downtown, retreat back to the home that is located in a very quiet neighborhood.
