Parking for 2 cars (garage plus alley space in front of the garage door). A detached private third bed/ba (downstairs) is available for an additional fee.

Two blocks to famous Orange Avenue restaurants, banks, shopping, theater, library and tennis courts. World famous Hotel del Coronado and beaches are a casual 10 min walk.
