Unwind in this newly-remodeled two bedroom/ two-bathroom unit at Emerald Isle. Lots of light, fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, utensils, dinnerware, and living area with leather sofas. Wonderful views from the vast private balcony directly overlooking the gorgeous emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets after a busy day on the beach. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 20th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master and king bed in second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Flat panel TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot by twenty eight foot balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Great Place to Stay

We had a wonderful time; no complaints. The room came with its own parking spot which was a huge blessing considering my mother-in-law walks with a cane and the spot was close to the elevator. The room is in the center right next to the elevator and the trash chute. The furniture was comfortable and nicely decorated. We would definitely come back and rent this place again.

The condo was very clean and nice. The glass sliding doors do not lock. My husband had to fix the garbage disposal, because it was backed up (wouldn’t drain). The ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work at all. The room itself was updated and surprisingly clean…I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the shower, kitchen and floors. Not the owner’s fault, but the property at Emerald Isle has two very small pools and the pools and pools decks weren’t very clean, nice or spacious. We feel like the condo/resort is very overpriced for what you get. Perhaps it would have been cheaper if we booked farther in advance, but it was too pricey.

Beautiful and just as described!

This is a beautiful property! Very clean and very well appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay here again. The view from the balcony is STUNNING, particularly at sunset. We saw dolphins! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. This unit is directly across from the elevators. However, we did not hear any noise in the unit from the elevators or from adjacent neighbors. The only negatives were there simply wasn't enough of the essentials for 4 people for almost a week: 1. Not enough bath towels...1 towel per person. That's fine if you don't mind doing laundry every day on your vacation, but not enough laundry pods. You only get 2. If you're doing laundry every day to wash towels, that's not enough. 2 Not enough TP... 2 rolls between 4 people (3 women) wasn't nearly enough. 3 Kitchen had all the pots/pans/utensils you would need, but, no salt and pepper and no coffee! 4. 1 roll of paper towels for 4 people for a week and only 2 dishwasher pods Basically, you'll need to make a grocery run as soon as you arrive. The above negatives are probably nit-picky, but most of us already buy a ton of groceries on vacay, but that's usually sunscreen, beach toys and beer. You don't expect to buy TP, salt/pepper, and laundry soap. Would be great if those things were provided. That's the little extra guests remember. Other than that... I highly recommend this property!
