When we bought Emerald Isle Resort 1502, we were looking for a huge spacious balcony with perfect views of the beautiful water and beach, for elevators that work with no long wait lines, and same side of the street parking. We found a 10 rating for each of those at Emerald Isle Resort. The condo has comfortable attractive balcony furniture. The condo is equipped with appliances all less than a year old. You will enjoy recently replaced mattresses and a new sofa. The condo is very well supplied with kitchen necessities. You will fall in love with the view from the very spacious balcony. Front row beach service is included March - October. This is a non-smoking unit. We would love for you to stay with us! Safe travels! LIVINGROOM DRAPES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED!!! The elevators are being upgraded!

Condo was beautiful and updated! The new curtains were perfect for preventing the sunlight in during the early morning. Furniture was comfortable as well as the beds. The free beach chair rental was also fantastic.

Stunning views of the gulf! Condo was very clean, comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. Two new elevators were very fast and efficient. Beach chair and umbrella service was a big plus - one of the main reasons we booked this condo.Owner responded quickly to us to try to help resolve a tv cable issue. Beach towels were in the listing as being provided (which was another plus in selecting this unit). Therefore, we did not transport any beach towels. However, no beach towels were there. Quite a disappointment to find that out after we arrived. A beach with no beach towels - not a great combination.The owner stated they no longer supplied beach towels and then said they would remove beach towels from their listing. I am glad they removed that item so others would not come to a beach without towels like we did. Our only suggestion to the owner to give their guests a hassle free vacation would be to have a local person residing close by to resolve issues that may occur during a stay as Emerald Isle does not assist in that regard with privately owned condos. Also, to please update the written tv instructions as they are no longer accurate and to always keep your listing up to date as to what is provided.Despite a couple of glitches, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend others to stay here. The view alone is so relaxing and stunning even on a rainy day or cloudy day!

The property was nicely decorated, very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. The balcony was quite large with very nice furniture. The condo was in close proximity to Pier Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay! Easy check-in and property is as described. Our only complaint is that, during our week’s stay, chair service did not begin at 8:00 am (more like 9:00) and umbrellas aren’t provided if winds blow 12mph or higher (even though condos on both sides put up umbrellas a couple of days that Emerald Isle did not). Chairs are also first come, come serve. Just be aware that you may want to take your own pop-up for shade.

My husband and I had a great time, the condo was absolutely beautiful! The only complaint that we had was that the sliding glass doors in the living room didnt have blinds/curtains so there were times the sun was a little too bright in the room for us. Other than that, we have no complaints and will be staying with Jerry Adams in future vacations.
