Excellent property- clean and well maintained- steps from the beach with gulf views from the upper decks and a relaxing pool for the late afternoons. Waters Edge community is well maintained, quiet, controlled, and literally across the street from restaurants and shops. Booking was easy and communication was excellent.

Vie de Sol house was simply amazing. This house is in a great location with easy access to the beach and close to everything that Rosemary Beach has to offer.Our hosts were excellent communicators and provided detailed check-in instructions.

Great house with super convenient and semi private beach access. Responsive hosts - we had a grill issue they had service there the next morning. Private neighborhood with tight streets- Really big SUV’s, and all trailers will be a challenge to maneuver.Great house - highly recommend

Great stay next to the beach!

Very well equipped and great layout for a big group! So close to the wonderful private beach and a quick walk or bike ride to everything else. Bed were comfortable and the house was clean.

This was absolutely the best vacation home we've rented! Our grandkids loved the pool and being able to walk to the beach without even putting on their shoes! And the proximity to the beach made it easy to pop back up for more snacks, toys or anything else we needed. It was also great having enough wristbands for the beach for all the adults to have their own. At other homes we've rented we've been given two wristbands for 6 adults which can be pretty inconvenient when everyone wants to go to the beach at different times. Our oldest two grandchildren loved the bunkbeds in their parents room and are asking for bunkbeds at home now. My favorite spot was sitting on the second floor balcony and having my morning coffee, listening to the waves before everyone else woke up. We are a family of cooks and one of our favorite activities is preparing--and eating--dinner together. The kitchen here was a dream! We had every kitchen gadget, pot, pan or dish we could possibly need! We are used to bringing many of our own kitchen tools because most homes are not really equipped to do a lot of cooking. As long as Vie de Sol is available, we will be returning for our next family beach vacation!

Great family stay!

We had a fantastic time at Vie de Sol. The house and pool were perfect for our young children. Quiet and safe private neighborhood but close enough to walk to many shops and restaurants. The house was well kept and the hosts instructions were great!

Great Beach Trip

Very good condition. Two refrigerators were a necessary plus. Access to the beach was wonderful and swimming pool was a plus. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect location

We loved Vie de Sol! The location of the neighborhood was close to everything, and the private beach access was amazing. The beds at the house were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely book again when going to Rosemary Beach!

Great home and owner

The house is very well located and very well appointed. All the kitchen gear that you need is there- and it has 2 refrigerators in the kitchen which is great when on vacation!! The owners were very responsive to questions and very helpful. We would highly recommend this owner and this house!

Location is perfect

We truly loved the location to beach, town, restaurants……house was pretty good. Stairs were a little tricky for our family, as we have poor sight and young baby. Hosts were very good, only thing you should know is to buy/bring garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels etc. left a little sour taste to the overall rental…..

Excellent House!

The house was just as described. The distance to the beach is awesome, especially when you have small children. There is plenty of room for a large family to enjoy the beach or take a short walk to lots of restaurants and shops. You couldn’t ask for a better beach house. The owners are quick to respond to any issue.

Beautiful Beach House

We had a great week at Vie de Sol. Water’s Edge is the perfect location for a short walk to everywhere you would want to go in the area - restaurants, ice cream, Peddler’s Village and all the shops of Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys Beach. And this house is on the beach walk making it easy to get to the beach with young children. The house is well equipped, spacious and clean. We hope to come back soon!

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our week at Vie de Sol. The location is so convenient for walking to Rosemary and Seacrest. The house itself is on the beach path making it super easy to access the beach. The showers have great water pressure and the pool was heated to 90 degrees for spring break which was just perfect. Very well appointed kitchen with TWO refrigerators, Keurig and regular drip coffee maker, crock pot and tons of plates, glasses, etc. We hope to return some day!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had an amazing week at this property! We were very impressed with the quality of everything, from the cookware to the comfortable beds! Everything was top notch! We have stayed at other beach houses where cookware, kitchen items are lacking. This house is not lacking. The beach access can't be beat. Everything was super easy and convenient, as a vacation should be. We have already begun to plan our trip back for next summer.

Perfect location, wonderful beach rental!

The house is perfectly located to walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants and anything you need without a car. The beach chairs and private beach access for the neighborhood really make going to the beach an easy and less crowded Spring Break experience. The kitchen is beautiful and is well equipped, making cooking for a large group very manageable (it’s very nice to have two refrigerators). The heated pool was terrific for lounging at the house. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and beautiful. It was a wonderful vacation rental. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

End of summer getaway

The location of the property can’t be beat! Easily walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It was also nice to have a pool to play in after a long day at the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The cleanliness, however, could definitely be better. There was a lot of dirt, hair and old food that was underneath chairs and the couch, which created a cockroach issue (10+). We understand that same day turnovers can be a challenge, but when we messaged the host he said they’d be doing a thorough cleaning and review of the property after our stay.
