Come enjoy Lanikai, in Water’s Edge, a beautiful, gated, beachside neighborhood. Water’s Edge is within the Seacrest Beach community, adjacent to Rosemary Beach and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants both communities offer.

Lanikai, meaning "heaven of the sea" in Hawaiian is a perfect name to describe this heavenly place. This beach home provides five bedrooms, four and half baths and a tower room. Three of the bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms. The other two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with twin bunk beds, share a large hall bathroom.

The living areas, on the first floor, are spacious and comfortable with soft khaki and blue tones. There is an Old Florida cottage feel throughout the house and no detail was overlooked!

The interior was designed and appointed by a highly acclaimed local designer. The private pool wraps around the back of the house.

There is a covered deck and sun deck around the pool with plenty of lounge seating and dining table.

The line of palm trees behind the house offer plenty of privacy and guide you to the beach only a short 2-3 minutes. No busy highways to cross!

Family groups and friends are welcome! No students groups accepted.

Great week at the Lanakai house!

Our family had such an amazing time at this home. There is plenty of space for everyone and the heated pool was a hit with the kids. We enjoyed the short walk to a private beach and all of the shops/restaurants. We will be back!!

Awesome location. House needs to be updated or at least a little love. Plenty of space, pool was great and you can’t beat the location. House needs to be repainted, lights are different colors which made the house look run down and there are no drawers to put clothing. Overall the house is spacious and accommodated our needs.

Fabulous in every way!

Our kids and grandkids are scattered across the US but we were able to all gather together at your lovely home during the holidays. It was perfect! Your large well equipped and decorated home provided plenty of space for the 12 of us to both be together and to have space to get away by ourselves. The heated pool was a favorite of the family home activities and the beautiful beach was just a short stroll from the home. We all agreed that our stay was perfect! Thank you!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home

The house comfortably fit our 4 families, king sized beds for everyone was an awesome bonus!! The pool was a perfect size, the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all…. I will say, there are 3 flights of stairs to get TO the beach but honestly that is my ONLY complaint. The owners were super friendly and very quick to respond. The house was very clean and accommodating. Great little gated community with shops and places to eat within walking distance. Can’t say enough GOOD things! Definitely adding this place to our favorites!

We had a wonderful vacation at Lanikai this spring. The neighborhood is nice & private, but close enough to everything. For a family with young children it was great to have a private (and heated) pool and the beach so close by. The chair service definitely made beach-going a lot easier. Rosemary beach w/ all the restaurants and shopping is so close by that we hardly used our car the entire week. We biked or walked wherever we needed to go. The house was spacious and generally well kept. Had all the amenities you would need/expect. Certainly worth a return visit. The house is spacious and generally well kept.

Cute house with amazing location

Obsessed with the neighborhood and the home in general! Everything we could have hoped for and more with four small kids. When we checked in though, the home was not clean. It looked as though they had quickly wiped down surfaces and made beds with clean linens. I contacted the property manager with my concerns and she immediately addressed them and had the cleaning company come back the same day. The company was very nice and the woman who came back was very apologetic and did a wonderful job. Our concern was addressed and handled in a very good way. Overall would stay again!

The best house on 30A

Perfect is the only word to describe this home. Location, layout, beach access, pool, arcade room, beautifully decorated, walking distance to shops and restaurants. I can go on and on. This was our second time in Rosemary beach but hopefully the last home will we will ever rent there because it was so perfect and we hope to build memories for a lifetime at the Lanaki. If you are looking for the best location and home for your family in Rosemary, look no further. We are anxiously awaiting our next trip there!

Booking Lanikai again

Lanikai was perfect! The home was bigger than we expected, super cozy, plenty of places to gather and relax, easy access to the beach and only steps away. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony seating and heated pool. The small quaint neighborhood is filled with super friendly people and many owners on site. Beautiful sunrises - a week is never enough at Lanikai!

Very nice but read the fine print

We enjoyed our stay very much and the home is exceptional. Lanikai has everything you could ever want and we really loved the fact that the pool was heated to 90 degrees. The finishes are high end and it is decorated beautifully. What prompts the four star instead of five rating is the fact that the basics weren't provided. We needed to supply our own dish washer detergent, trash bags, paper towels and even toilet paper! We've rented VRBOs all over the country and had never run into this before. Lanikai also has its own website listing it as "gulf view". It is not, nor is it "beachside". We found this to be very misleading. The very short walk to the beach is lovely, however, and I would recommend this property any time.

Great Stay

Rhonda and Phillip, We wanted to tell you what a wonderful week we had at Lanikai. We have been visiting the 30-A area for 15 years and this trip certainly rated as one of our best trips. The convenience of your house to the beach just can't be beat and cooling off at the pool was a perfect end to great days. The chair service is terrific because you do not have to drag a lot to the beach. We rented a couple of extra chairs to go along with the chairs that are provided as part of the rental. The kitchen, dining room and family room accommodated our large group very well. We are looking forward to coming back next year!! Thanks
