This 9th floor condominium has the best unobstructed views of the sunrise and sunset in Majestic Sun. The sunset view is spectacular. This condo has FREE WIFI, a large flat screen TV and a blue ray player. Granite countertops through this beautiful condo.

It has a 18 hole golf course, eight tennis courts, heated indoor/outdoor pool, workout facility and covered parking.

This one bedroom, two bath unit has a King-size bed in the master bedroom, twin bunks in the hall way and a queen sleeper.

The kitchen is completely supplied with everything you need and has stainless steel appliances.

The condo is located very close to the Silver Sands Outlet mall, Destin airport, Sandestin and The Whale's Tale.

The property was ok. Not as pretty in person as in pictures. The surrounding property of Majestic Sun was an absolute mess. Half the time we could only use the back entrance because they were repairing the roads and it was a muddy mess. The guard told me three cars had to be towed out of the mud. For some reason the ninth floor outside the elevator was covered with about a 1/2 inch of water. My leather sandals got soaked getting in and out of the elevator. Not our most enjoyable time at Majestic Sun.

Let me begin by saying the description of the property on-line when looking to spend a few days on Miramar beach was very accurate. The property is beautifully decorated, very clean, kitchen well stocked, complete with dishwasher, and the view of the Gulf from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking! The king size bed was super comfy! Since we did not have a rental car, it was so nice to have two great places to eat within walking distance. Also, a convenience store and ice cream shop were very close. Unless you plan on doing some exploring, no need to spend the money on a rental car. 85 each way for transportation to and from the airport. You can rent a large umbrella with two beach chairs that the company sets up and takes down every day for 100 a day. However, the unit has a nice large umbrella and 3 beach chairs that worked out just fine for us. You can pack light as the unit has a washer and dryer. The owner was very accommodating and very responsive making the check-in very easy. We would definitely like to book this particular unit again in the future.
