*INDOOR good night's sleep with memory foam/coil hybrid mattress, high thread count linens, blackout curtains. Couch flattens to comfortable queen mattress adjacent to queen bed. Private upstairs king bed in separate part of house.
Soaking bathtub, rain shower, double sinks. Toiletries provided.
Delivery for groceries and LA's delicious restaurants. Mini fridge. Keurig coffee maker, coffee provided. 24 hour access to host's full kitchen
*Jacuzzi heat included, optional additional pool heating fee October-June. Solar pool heat included July, August, September. Complimentary WiFi, Roku TV, heat/AC, washer/dryer
*Maximum capacity 8 guests total, including visitors. Visitors not sleeping over pay day use fee for jacuzzi/pool
