The unit is okay and needs a few cooking essentials in the kitchen, needs to beach chairs and towels listed on the listing, and has great access to the pool which is a gem.

Excellent location- 5 minute walk from the beach. Had to contact property manager because the bathroom light/fan switch wasn’t working, but they fixed it the first day. Roof deck and roof pool were great. Would definitely return.

Great place near the beach!

We loved this spacious apartment near the beach. Parking was easy and safe underground / gated. The home was spacious and clean and we loved the outdoor roof space. Communication was easy with the owners. Close walking distance to the beach & Santa Monica Pier. We look forward to staying here again!

Great location. Easy parking. Quiet building. Comfy beds. We used the pool and the bbq grill which was great. Only complaint was that units’ kitchens (we rented two) weren’t well stocked so we traded supplies between the two.
