Thanks for the excellent rating and review! We hope to host y’all again soon.
Lovely place with just the right amount of space where needed. Great location to get our daughter situated at Barnard Village and to shopping and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing the lovely homes in the surrounding area.
The first night I tripped on uneven pavement, fell and fractured my tibia and spent most of my time in the hospital. I spent the last night on the couch which was a blessing. The problem was getting me into the cottage in a wheelchair over the paving stones. Had I not injured myself that would not have been a problem. It was charming and the girls enjoyed it a lot. My situation obviously is not typical

We are glad you are OK and that we could still host you at the cottage after your injury at dinner. Thank you for the nice rating.
The property is centrally located within a few minutes drive to the downtown riverfront district. Within walking distance are the shops and restaurants of the Starland District. Forstthe Park is also minutes away, definitely walkable. As for the home it was nice to have a standalone house that was spacious, and offered the ammenities of home. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The free onsight parking right outside the home is a plus as well.

Greg, We are so thankful you were able to experience the cottage and all that Tybee has to offer. It really is such a charming location. We loved having you as a guest! Thank you.
Spacious property licated near the Main library. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the River district is a short drive. The property was very clean, bright and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the courtyard area in front. There is an assigned parking space, so that was good. We had an overall nice stay.
The apartment was as advertised. Two bedrooms + bath upstairs. Kitchen, living /dining room + 1/2 bath on ground level. The AC worked well. All good. My only suggestion to the owners: a few areas need painting touch-up.
I stayed at Cabretta cottage for 10 days. We used the kitchen quite a bit, and it met our needs. The off street parking was a plus! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The property manager was SUPER quick and attentive. Cons: rooms upstairs are very bright in the daytime so if you wake with the sun you will be up early. Traffic noise was pretty high but I slept well with earplugs. Pros: walking distance to local restaurants that aren’t super touristy, even morning bagels. Off street parking and being part of a local neighborhood. I will definitely use again if I can.

Thank you so much, Dori! We are so glad you enjoyed the Starland area. You're welcome to stay with us anytime!
Overall the experience was great. The cottage is charming, in a great location, designated parking space was nice to have if you’re driving in. Finding it was easy we felt safe, no complaints there. It is an older house that has been updated so expect that old house charm like squeaky floors and humming plumbing but it kind of gives that historic Savannah feel. As far as amenities they provide plenty toiletries, towels, kitchenware, and appliances. A+ on that. The beds were standard as far as comfort not the best but good enough, however plenty of pillows were provided which is always a plus. The linens were clean and the beds well made. Check in/out was a breeze. Only feedback would be to fix that powder room door knob.
The property management was truly amazing from the start to the end. I did find that the upstairs needed some updates and the rooms maybe make them more comfortable for guests, like a mirror and TV but aside from that it was a pleasant stay!
I absolutely loved this little cottage. It was clean and spacious. Everything was as described.
Had one minor hiccup checking in, but the property team was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Having only one parking spot was a bit of a challenge, but we made it work. I would stay here again.
Our stay here was good. The management staff was responsive to an issue that popped up and a repair tech showed up within an hour. The place was clean and had an updated kitchen with all the convenience you would want. Laundry was also a good addition. If I was to say anything about this place is that as a historic house it is old. Bathroom door handles would fall off, making it difficult to open or close. In fact, this was surprising because a handyman could have spent 60 mins replacing all the ancient door handles. Though they look quaint, they were not functional and that was very frustrating. There was peeling paint in the bathroom and at different places in the house, which gave me lead paint worries just looking at it. The 2nd bedroom was very hot for a summer stay even though they had a/c through the home. Again, this is a turn-of-the-century home so, it's old. They did a nice job repainting, though you could see the old paint chips below. However, all in all, it was a comfortable stay. One other thing I just did not understand is they requested that we don't take the sheets off the bed upon our departure. I found that weird as if they were going to be laundered before the next guest I assume during COVID-19 you would want the sheets cleaned. However, there was a strict rule to NOT take the sheets off the bed before we leave. I don't understand, but we happily complied. Would I stay here again, I believe so, again, it was very convenient, quiet, and on a beautiful street in historic Savannah GA. If I had to rate my stay, 1 - 10, I would give this a very generous 7. The hot 2nd bedroom and door handle constantly falling off I think is worth a small deduction. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The place was super cute and comfy! Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean. We loved the location too, the neighborhood was cute and not touristy, yet walkable to lots of fun places to eat and drink. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Place. Horrible Neighbors
This location was very convenient for work and clean. However upon my arrival with my family, we were greeted by neighbors. The racial slurs were made us feel very uncomfortable. The neighbors that are located behind the property; commented, "Welcome to the hood" as we existed our vehicle. I frequent Savannah for work and have never had to endure such bad behavior. I have rented from this company before and never had a problem. Just beware if you are of color.
Great central location and several restaurants within walking distance. Nice to have private parking spot. Cottage had good space. Overall, great stay!
