Why they chose this property

Our cottage is located in the South Historic District surrounded by beautiful architecture and highly walkable to key sights, like Forsyth Park. Because we are on a side street guests are minutes from everything but can enjoy a quiet retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Hang out in the cute interior of the cottage or sit on your private back patio! Free street parking with lots of availability really round it out.

What makes this property unique

Built in 1900, our cottage retains its original hardwood floors and quaint feel, while being updated with all the modern conveniences. Free street parking and a private back patio shielded from the street make it just a wonderful place to settle into our city.
