Very nice house for 7 people 700m from the beach

Very nice detached house of 65 m² on one level for 4/5 people, completely renovated in March 2019, new furniture and equipment. The house is located in a very quiet private residence at 700m from the beach and 1km from the center of Dolus d'Oléron (market, fishmonger, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors ...).

The bike paths nearby allow you to go to the sea in less than 3 minutes. 1,5 km from the aquatic complex Iléo.

House comprising:
• Large fully equipped separate kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge + freezer, nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, sodastream, kettle etc ...
• Living room with sofa bed, ipod / iphone station and 49 "flat screen TV (freebox or satellite tv), Ps3 playstation + video games.
• Free WIFI.
• 1 bedroom with 1 bed for 2 persons (140cm), cupboard and wardrobe.
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), wardrobe and wardrobe.
• Spacious bathroom with shower and bath, large mirror, large vanity, hair dryer.
• separate WC.
• Other equipment: iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer outside.
• For baby: umbrella beds, changing mat, high chair.
• Linen provided (towels and bath towels).

Large terrace in vegetated teak of 50m ² exposed southwest with garden furniture, sunbathing, parasol, barbecue Weber 3 fires.

Private parking and outdoor parking.

Free provision of 3 adult bikes + 2 children's bikes + bike helmets + bike trailer.

Non-smoking indoor areas, pets not allowed.
