Welcome to our beautiful Costa Blanca retreat, designed for comfort, relaxation and unforgettable holidays with family and friends.

The villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 additional beds and a baby cot, making it ideal for families and larger groups. Large folding glass doors create a seamless connection between the bright indoor living areas and the sunny outdoor spaces.

Outside, you will find a private swimming pool, barbecue area and several terraces with different seating areas, allowing you to enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day. Whether you are sharing a meal, relaxing with a book or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, there is always a perfect spot to unwind.

The location combines peace and convenience. The beach is approximately a 15-minute walk away, while restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy and other amenities can be reached within 8 minutes on foot. The nearby shopping centre is only 15 minutes away and offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets and entertainment.

We chose this area because it offers the perfect combination of peace, safety and convenience. The neighbourhood is quiet, friendly and considered one of the most pleasant areas of Torrevieja, making it ideal for families, couples and longer stays.

Despite its peaceful atmosphere, everything is within easy reach. The beach, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy and shopping facilities are all within walking distance, and Torrevieja town centre can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot.

We love being able to enjoy a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle while still being close to the vibrant town centre, beautiful beaches and all the amenities needed for a perfect holiday on the Costa Blanca.
