Excellent Stay!

Amazing experience at Casa Joya

My wife and 7 of her friends went to Casa Joya for several nights and they can't stop talking about how much fun they had. The house, the surrounding property/resorts, and the staff were all amazing!

Such a great experience!

The property was immaculate with a beautiful views of the surf break. We had very high expectations going in and this exceeded any that we had. from the initial communication with the owner, to the interactions with Francisco the house manager, to the beautiful meals prepared by the chef Isreal everything about it was 5 Star.

80th birthday celebration

We couldn't have been happier for our family of 17. It paralled a 5 star resort experience with everyone together but still private. The chef we had was amazing Francisco did an outstanding job taking care of everyone's desires and needs. We will return!

This is one of the few properties we could locate in Punta Mita with a perfect 5 star rating. We now know why so many guests gave this house a 5-star rating. Our trip was fabulous and we highly recommend this property. Everything from the meals that the staff prepared at the house down to the shower gel in the shower was perfect. Nothing was overlooked or missed. The staff, the house and the owner (who has great communication skills) made our visit a great one.

Amazing vacation with a large family

We had a wonderful time in Punta Mita. The house is fantastic and just like the listing. We had 12 people, and a mix of adults, teens and kids, and there was always a place for everyone to enjoy themselves and enough space for privacy if needed. The house pool is incredible. The beaches were easy to get to with the golf carts, and we also took a fishing trip that departed from the nearby town (10 min away). I can’t say enough about the staff at the house. Francisco was friendly, responsive and very helpful from our arrival to the departure. Israel is an incredible chef, who was very accommodating, making sure even picky young eaters had something they liked. He was so good we decided to have every dinner in the house. In fact, I think the only meal we had at a restaurant was the lunch when we arrived. Overall it was a wonderful vacation for our large family and we hope to do it again.

Paradise Found!

Our vacation in Punta Mita was wonderful! We had the most incredible experience renting this house. The house was even more impressive than the VRBO listing. The spacious layout - plenty of room for my family of 15 and a fantastic pool perfect for small children as well as for adults. The real gem of our stay was Francisco, house manager /exceptional concierge, who along with his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and unforgettable. Breakfast and lunch every day was amazing, delicious and so enjoyable. We had not decided when we booked our vacation to have our dinner meals provided for us but after the first night we were blown away at how delicious it was as well as beautifully plated. We ended up booking for the rest of the week! Israel, our talented chef made exquisite meals and we were in awe at how excellent the food was. Enjoying great meals with our grown children as well as our grandchildren around a large square dining table with a fantastic lazy susan filled with delicious food was such a blessing- lots of laughter and story telling - wonderful family time making happy memories. The added bonus of beach clubs access, the golf carts, the golf courses and the view of the water and mountains completed our perfect vacation. I can not recommend this property enough- a dream getaway! We will definitely return!

Everything was Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can truly say that everything about our stay was truly Amazing! Russ, the owner was so easy and accomodating to work with when booking our stay and it only got better frome there! My wife and I along with our friends have been going to Puerto Vallarta for many years and we have had the opportunity to stay at many Villlas in PV and I can tell you that those Villas were Beautiful and had great staff but this Villa takes the cake. From the views to the decor to the swimming pool everything was Amazing...the pictures on the website do not do it justice. And just when you think it can;t get better it does with as Francisco and Reina took great care of us and catered to our every need. We all would highly recommend Francisco's Fish Tacos and make sure you get Israel one of the Chef's to make some dinners as his food is awesome and a must have desert is the Hot Chocolate Lava Cake...a definite must! As the website says, the house is right on the Seventh fairway so we golfed twice so when we got to the seventh hole we hit our teeshots...mark our balls and then stopped at the house for breakfast once and lunch once (Where Francisco and Reina prepared great meals) and then went on to finish the round...really doesn't get better than that! The only downside with the house is that you never want to leave it. But if you do we would recomment going to Margarita's in the small town of Punta Mita...Francisco will make the res, and going to the St. Regis Beach club for sunset drinks. We will definitley be back sooner than later so thanks to Russ, Francisco and Reina for a great vacation!

Impeccable!

Best vacation ever. From start to finish our stay was perfect. Francisco told us not to worry about anything when we spoke to him in advance about our trip, and boy did he deliver on that. He and his staff of 4 anticipated all of our needs and every single minor stress out of our vacation. The spacious home is beautiful - situated on the golf course with views of the ocean. It was impeccably clean, luxurious with plenty of room for our group of 13 (3 couples and 7 kids) to spread out and enjoy. The 12 person dining table offered some of the enjoyable moments of our entire trip - all comfortably gathered together. All food and beverages were taken care of from the moment we arrived including Margaritas in fridge when we arrived, and delicious breakfasts every day ready when everybody surfaced for the day. There was never any pressure to sit down and being eating until everyone was ready. The private chef Israel prepared some gourmet dinners for us (extra) including Surf & Turf, fresh Mahi Mahi (Dorado), Shrimp and Chicken Enchiladas, and Pasta and Pizza for the kids the one night we went to town for Dinner. They were better than most fancy dinners here in the US. The two golf carts and SUV were perfect for getting around the safe and gorgeous community of Punta Mita - accessing the beach clubs, pickle ball, going into town, checking out the iguanas and mexican lemurs, etc. Francisco is a master at his craft. Not only is he genuine, cool and fun, but he arranged every extra perf including really easy airport transport, surf lessons at a great spot for beginners, a fishing trip where we all caught a fish including a 35 lb Dorado. Other than cash tips, the property covered our costs and we settled up at the end which made is so much easier. I would highly recommend this home to anybody looking for a zero-stress, luxury vacation where the staff is looking out for you every need. One recommendation is to bring a bunch of $10 and $20s with you. The beach clubs include a 12% gratuity for drinks and food (both excellent), but the staff at the beach clubs deserve extra cash tips for their impeccable service. Thanks to Francisco, Israel, Raina, Russ and the others for beings so cool and delivering on a trip of a lifetime!

The house has it all

The house has an awesome pool to be enjoyed by all ages. Its back entertainment area is very nice. The location within Punta Mita is great. You get a very nice view to golf fairways and ocean. The staff is extraordinary and plus they have one main point of contact (manager onsite daily) to help with anything you need. Highly recommended for family trip or friends. We will definetly stay again.

Private 5 Star Hotel

What you see (photos) is what you get: Beautiful, clean, & everything from the linens/beds to the golf carts and SUV are top quality and new. Francisco & staff were excellent and extremely attentive. FWIW - we had a large group across 4 families and our 1st night eating out became our only. Eat in, go out for drinks. Food/service/convenience/value of eating dinner in for a large group couldn't be beat. Communication/responsiveness from team was great.
