This is a fabulous beachfront penthouse condo at Hacienda de Mita (HdM), which is located inside the gates of the Punta Mita Resort. It is one of only eight penthouse condos inside Punta Mita that are directly on the beach. The condo is situated on the fourth floor of Building 2 (unit PH 2-2) with spectacular 180 degree unobstructed views of the Bay of Banderas coastline, the Las Marieta Islands and the Sierra Madre mountains. In addition, the condo is only a few steps away from the HdM beach club and a private secured gate with direct access to the charming and very safe village of Punta de Mita, which is known for its excellent restaurants, local shopping and nightlife. The 5 star St. Regis and Four Seasons hotels and 6 beach clubs in the resort are located just a few minutes away using the condo's golf cart or the resort's free shuttle service.

The condo received an extensive top-to-bottom remodel a few years ago, and just recently in October of 2022, all of the bathrooms were remodeled again with new toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, bathtubs, granite counter tops and ceramic tiles. In addition, during the bathroom remodel, all of the interior and exterior stone floors were refinished and the laundry area was upgraded. The condo has high-end furnishings, luxury bedding and linens, original Mexican artwork, as well as many amenities such as bath robes, L'Occitane soaps and lotions, lighted make-up mirrors, fiber-optic high speed internet, 4 HDTV's, and surround sound. It is one of the nicest beachfront condo inside the Punta Mita Resort, and it's ready for you to enjoy.

With regard to living space, the condo has vaulted beam ceilings, approximately 3,600 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. The main master bedroom (bedroom #1) and the second master bedroom (bedroom #2) each have a king-size bed and a full bathroom. Guest bedroom #3 has two queen-size beds and a full bathroom. Guest bedroom #4 is a flex room that includes two twin-size bunk beds, a full bathroom, and separate enclosed areas for storage of cleaning supplies and the full size laundry machines. The maximum overnight occupancy of the condo is 8 people, which includes infants and children of any age.

Other features and amenities provided with this condo are listed below:

1. The Owner of the Premises has a Premier Golf Membership that rental guests may use to obtain access to the Golf Club, Racquet Club, Gym Facilities and Ocean Sports in Punta Mita, as well as access to five beach clubs in Punta Mita at Pacifico, Kupuri, El Surf Club, Sufi and Bahia. Access to those amenities are subject to payment of a mandatory one-time, per-person access fee required by Club Punta Mita, which is paid by the Owner of the Premises. While there is no charge for access to the beach clubs, rental guests will be charged discounted guest fees for use of the Golf Club, Racquet Club, Gym Facilities and Ocean Sports.

2. Full use of a 6 passenger EZ-GO Express L6 golf cart. In addition, the Punta Mita resort provides a free shuttle service that is available to transport guests to any location within the gates of Punta Mita.

3. Daily housekeeping by a full-time housekeeper/cook. Strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols are in place and followed at all times.

4. Daily breakfast, lunch and snack preparation. The preparation of dinner inside the condo is also available, but is subject to an extra charge. The cost of all food, beverages and grocery delivery fees are paid by the guest at the time of check-out using PayPal or Venmo.

5. High-end furniture, area rugs and accessories.

6. Bedroom and bathroom amenities include L'Occitane soaps and lotions, bath robes, lighted make-up mirrors, hair dryers, and luxury high thread-count bedding and linens.

7. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new white granite counter tops, top-of-the-line Wolf Range/Oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, LG dishwasher, and a wine refrigerator. Kitchen also has small appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, flatware, cooking utensils, and linens.

8. Amazing original art pieces including several large commissioned paintings by a well known Mexican artist.

9. Thermostat-controlled air conditioning in all rooms.

10. Wireless high speed fiber optic internet service.

11. Telmex telephone service that provides free local and long distance calling to and from the U.S. and Canada.

12. Four HDTV's located in the living room, main master bedroom, second master bedroom and guest bedroom #3. Each TV uses FUBO streaming service for access 100+ live TV channels. The living room entertainment center has a 65" 4K SUHD TV, a Blu-Ray 4K DVD/CD player, a IPOD/iphone connection, surround sound, access to Netflix, and a variety of 4K DVD's and board games, as well as a smart remote for controlling the electronic devices.

13. Water filtration system with UV light purification in the kitchen.

14. Full size washer and dryer in the laundry area.

15. Two reserved parking spaces in a covered garage, one for a motor vehicle and the other for the condo's golf cart. The covered garage is connected to the third floor of Building 2, which provides easy access (via one flight of stairs or an elevator) to the penthouse level on the fourth floor.

16. Private swimming pool reserved exclusively for occupants of Building 2 (our condo is one of eight units in Building 2), plus another private swimming pool and jetted hot tub at the Hacienda de Mita (HdM) Beach Club, which is located only a few steps away from our condo. The Beach Club is reserved for the owners of Hacienda de Mita and their guests.

18. Our dedicated on-site Concierge is fluent in English and Spanish, and will handle your check-in and check-out, and be available to take care of all your needs while you are in Punta Mita. In addition, we provide a pre-arrival planning service to make arrangements for airport transportation, car rentals, pre-arrival grocery shopping, restaurant reservations, child care, private chef for meals inside the condo, golf tee times, in-condo spa and massage appointments, yacht day trips, whale watching or sunset cruises, sport fishing, bicycling, ATV's, etc.

Yacht Trips

The owner of this condo also owns a meticulously maintained and stunning 40' Fjord yacht, which was built in Germany and is now docked at the marina in La Cruz, which is approximately 15 minutes driving-time from Punta Mita. The attached photos of this limited production watercraft show the amazing level of detail, engineering and beauty that has made Fjord one of the finest yachts in the world. My luxury yacht, which is named La Barca, is available for charter to friends and guests staying in the Punta Mita area. It is a perfect watercraft for day trips to the Marieta Islands, Yelapa and the many beach resorts located on the south side of the bay. It's also perfect for activities such as whale watching, swimming and snorkeling at the Los Arcos islands, viewing old town Vallarta and for visiting the many interesting sites along the Banderas coastline, which include secluded beaches, eating and drinking the local cuisine in restaurants off the beaten path, or simply enjoying a relaxing cocktail cruise at sunset. My favorite trips on La Barca are to Ocean Grill for lunch or to the Vallarta marina where you can dock along side many other beautiful yachts and have an amazing lunch or dinner at Casa Prime, which is an outstanding Mexican-inspired restaurant. Your time aboard my luxury yacht will be amazing and a great way for you and your family and friends to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Bay of Banderas and the Mexican Riviera from an entirely different perspective.

You will also love the first class ambience and the open layout of La Barca where there's plenty of room to move about and socialize with everyone on board. Our full-time Captain and our deckhand/bartender will take care of you in style and make sure you always feel safe and comfortable. All you need to do is climb aboard and we'll do the rest.

While basic provisions such as ice, bottled water, sodas and beer are included, there is an additional charge for special provisioning selected from a catering menu that includes gourmet appetizers, classic wines, and top-shelf liquor, all of which will be delivered to the yacht by the yacht's concierge prior to your departure. Or, if you prefer to BYOB, that too is fine.....simply bring your own white wine or clear colored liquors on board.

Also, as an option for guests preferring to board the yacht in Punta Mita rather than the La Cruz marina, we offer pick-up and drop-off service at the Sufi Pier in Punta Mita. We also offer pick-up and drop-off service at other locations such as the Los Muertos Pier or the Vallarta marina.

Maximum occupancy on the yacht is limited to 10 guests (excluding the Captain and deckhand), and while on board, the decks are "bare feet" only and red wine, colored liquor and sodas, smoking and fishing are not permitted.
