This cute space is exactly as described. Very clean. Communication and check in was a breeze. Private patio is an added bonus. I felt very safe during my stay. I had a rental car so getting around was not an issue, everything needed is within a short distance. I will definitely stay again when I'm back in Florida. Highly recommend this VRBO. Ça prenait une auto pour demeurer là et non spécifié dans l'annonce ! J'ai payé 1154 US et a 73 ans je ne peux marcher 4 km pour aller acheter nourriture ! Pas de restos ! Pas de toaster dans chambre ! Juste une cafetière et un frigo dans 1ere avenue NW ! J'ai demande remboursement et elle m'a dit de faire affaire VRBO avec. Debo

This guest booked our guest room without any inquiry, you always ask questions before booking specially if are an adult you won’t have a car, if you are coming to Florida you know you’ll need a car, many people inquire first then booked or look for another option, this guest didn’t do that, she just decided to book. When she told us she wanted to leave we told her to cancel the reservation so the calendar would be available, if someone else book we would be able to refund, she was so mad she didn’t do that. Last, our pictures and descriptions are accurate, we even detailed all items in our public description so to complaint there’s is no toaster has no point, our description also says close to Publix and Wholefoods, it doesn’t say walking distance.
