Newly renovated 1 Queen Bed (& 1 Queen Size-Blow Up Serta Mattress), 1 Bath, & Kitchenette; Closet is Huge - Studio is 440 sq ft. with Flat Screen Smart TV (TV INCLUDES PAY PER VIEW, AND MOST TV STATIONS), Fiber Optic Wifi (200 Mbps speed), Impact Windows, Fan/light, new A/C unit with remote, Desk w/ Chair and a fold up/down Table for eating with chairs, small Fridge, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Large Foreman Grill and electric Hot Plate Stove, Coffee Maker. The outside patio has just been renovated with new floor, table and chairs.
