Two bedrooms, two full baths, fabulous kitchen, as well as an open floorplan that includes a living room, movie room, game room, dining space, and wet bar. One deck has a gas grill and dining table for six, while the other has comfortable chairs to sit in while enjoying the sweeping view!

My husband Tim and I raised our two daughters in The Bay Area and have loved having this "home away from home" to come to with our girls, our family and friends.

Why they chose this property

Since we love staying in vacation homes where the owners have put a lot of thought into our experience, we decided to share this place with others and try to make it an experience they will love. We have found Cobb a great place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of The Bay Area. The two nearby golf courses are very reasonably priced. We have also enjoyed wine tasting at the network of Lake County wineries that has expanded over the years. A day on a speedboat on Clearlake is just a 25 minute, scenic drive away. We are happy to recommend nearby restaurants. The town of Cobb has a nice grocery store and excellent coffee shop/bookstore that serves as the town's hub. We have been known to grab lunch and play Scrabble there for hours on a rainy afternoon.
