This property has a great location and with easy access to local businesses. We stayed here while visiting relatives in the area and there was plenty of room for family visits and relaxing. The outdoor space looks like a small retreat although we came in winter and didn’t spend much time out there. Would recommend to others traveling to the area.
The patio is the highlight of our stay. We enjoyed sitting out and eating and visiting with family. The flowers were in full bloom. Love the privacy the bamboo gives. It was a beautiful space to hang out.

The house is very spacious and has plenty of room but a little outdated for me and my family, no TVs or our radios or any kind of entertainment board games, they did have a foosball table upstairs, but it was unlevel and didn’t work too well.
But everyone slept well. The beds are clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed sitting on the deck and having dinner. Very relaxing. The first night was uncomfortable because the AC was not working. But a quick message to Jessica and she sent a technician to fix AC and it started working. Staying in a vacation rental is a great convenience. We could eat-in and relax in the evening.
Clean and quiet, but not supplied adequately for a week stay.
House was clean. The King and Queen beds were comfortable. The bunk bed and rollaway bed mattresses were very thin. The BBQ grill is all rusted out. Quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was clean, but there are ant traps around. Seems like host should invest in a pest control company. Problems: you are given one two quart sauce pan! No lid. But there are 8! frying pans, one 8 in. lid.

Very clean and spacious house, it was perfect for a small group of people visiting friends in Keizer. We enjoyed our stay, and the back yard is indeed very nice, even in December!
The larger beds are fantastic, the bunk beds are okay. Couches are big and comfy if someone needs to crash on one of those. The big attic room was great, and has a pretty sweet foosball table.
There isn't a single TV to be found in the house, which suited me just fine. I enjoyed the quiet, but figured someone might be surprised to find that.
The only negative was the state of the cookware, which was a bit worn out. But only a bit, and there was everything I needed to cook a few meals.
I highly recommend this cute little house to anyone looking to stay in Keizer and already have a few friends booking it for future stays! THANK YOU!

Could be better easily
The house was in a great location. Close to Salem and in a neighborhood. It was a cute house. But needed simple things that could have made it better.
There was no tv or radio and that was not advertised. The “bonus room” was a joke. The picture must have fallen of the wall and were sitting on the couch when we got there. Everything was super dusty. The blinds are broken and eye level so anyone can look at you. There are no curtains to cover the back windows (which look out at a parking lot that has a gate with no lock so anyone in the parking lot can walk up to the back window). The kitchen faucet is loose and so are the outlets. And the neighbors got into a fight and rev their engines at all hours of the night.

Deceiving amenities
We came with 2 adults and 5 children between 9-17, 4 or 5 of us are coffee drinkers. There were 7 coffee pods there and 4 tiny bottles of shampoo. When I messaged the host to request more coffee pods and shampoo, they said those were only to “ease the arrival of our travels” and that they do not replace them. On the amenities list it also states breakfast included. When I asked what breakfast was they said oatmeal, coffee, and tea. There were four oatmeal packets there, (one half packet per person our entire stay) and again- only one cup of coffee per person for the entire stay. I went out and bought a 36 pack of k cups for $7.49 in order to do more than “ease the arrival” of the next customer. Other than what I would consider the “lies of the amenities”, the cleanliness wasn’t awesome. BUT- the large bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, it had the said dishwasher and washer and dryer which meant a lot. The back porch was very relaxing. There was no baking pans to use in the oven. The spice cupboard had some very dirty spices in it. A slight smell to the home. Just in honesty. But overall, a quaint workable home with clean sheets comfy beds and a nice porch. Pleasant enough hosts other than refusing enough shampoo and coffee for the trip.
There were 5 of us, in town for a conference and only minimally used the home. The beds in the rooms were comfy, as well as the common areas. I didn’t notice when I booked but there are NO TV’s to speak of. The upstairs bonus area was not as expected at all! The bonus room has a foosball table, a couch, a chair, a roll-away, and a partition. There are no tables or places to hang clothes or put luggage except the floor. I felt like I was living on the floor. The only light was one very small track light with one working bulb that only lit the stairway, so it’s very dark in the evening. The roll away which I used because we were using this as an extra sleeping space, was a futon mattress on a roll-away frame. It was completely uncomfortable, and I ended up just throwing it on the floor to sleep not Ideal. I did have to call at our arrival to get the code for the door as I never received any arrival information we also had to hunt for the Wi-Fi info, of course after I made another call it was right on the coffee table. the property managers were nice for both calls. They did have signs warning about messing up the towels and the cost you will pay for each Item if you mess them up, never seen this in ALL the homes I have stayed in. I feel like they minimally deliver on their description of this house, it’s a tad bit deceitful, not sure what the breakfast was. This home got the job done for what we NEEDED but I won’t book here again unless there are some upgrades.
This property needs a TV and quiet neighbors, after telling this to property manager said someone smelled smoke inside as they came to repair furnace( no smoking and no use of furnace or notice someone would be in the home). Never using VRBO again as no one inspects anything or has accountability.
This is a comfortable house that is as described and shown in the pictures. I especially liked the comfortable king sized bed with extra pillows and the backyard garden and sitting area. The foosball table was fun too!
We stayed at this lovely house to enjoy our high school reunion. 3 bedrooms and a loft was perfect for my 3 best friends and I to get caught up. We loved the backyard and will cherish the memories of the 3 nights and days spent together! The only suggestion from us: kitchen pots/pans need to be update.
Property was as described and clean. We appreciated the host working with us with our family coming and going. We were comfortable there, felt a bit weird with all the cameras.
Problem we had was the microwave was not working, fridge was leaking, towel rack fell off and plug in hall bath was very loose. All these concerns were addressed with the host and Hopefully properly fixed. I am glad I caught the drops of water in the fridge as it was dripping on the box my daughters wedding cake was in. I wish communication would have been better about the deck, we did appreciate holding off painting until we were gone as we had already paid for the property.
