****Allergy Friendly Home - Nut-free home! Duct work recently cleaned, carpets cleaned, Pet free*** Owner requests that guests do not consume peanut/tree nut or nut-containing products (granola bars, almond milk, etc.) in the home to keep other nut-allergic families safe.

New home in quiet subdivision (cul-de-sac) off North Shore Drive. Approximately 800 feet to 1st Street Beach access. Close to many other public beach access points along North Shore Drive. Perfect for a multi-generation family vacation!

The main floor features a giant master suite, family room, kitchen, living room, powder room (1/2 bath), formal dining room and laundry. The master suite includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bath features a soaking tub, a glass-surround shower, and a secluded commode. Spacious living area with tall ceilings, wet bar, fireplace and large HD LCD TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.

*** All rentals are 4-night minimum (some 3-night stays may be possible based on check-in/out dates, please inquire). Discount for 7-night stays.

Separate dining area overlooking scenic wooded backyard. Upstairs has three bedrooms and a Jack & Jill bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a Day bed w/pull out trundle that makes 2 twins or 1 king bed. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.

First floor deck includes an outdoor dining table, a gas grill. (2 propane tanks at the house, should you run out you can exchange at nearby gas station, Wolverine Ace Hardware or Menards.

Garage includes a ping pong table, foosball table, and plenty of beach supplies/towels and games to use at the house. Basketball hoop in driveway.

Family get away

The house was clean, plenty of room, reasonably close to the beach. It’s not on the beach. The bed rooms were set up perfectly for my family. And that’s a must!! We had a great time and would stay again.

Fun weekend getaway with friends

Great weekend at the lake! We had 8 adults and two toddlers for our stay. Plenty of space for everyone. House was in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Beach area was fairly narrow and a little confusing with all the private access signs. Downtown area was easy to bike to. Good amenities at the house, we enjoyed the ping pong table and playing yard games. Kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for everyone. Sound travels some in the house but the provided fans helped block the noise. Overall a great stay!

Quiet location and roomy for extended families

Location is on a quiet cul de sac in a residential neighborhood. The homes are set apart nicely & we had no problems with noise or neighbors. Pleasant walk to beach-small public beach with no car parking. Be aware, the stairs down are very steep. Anyone with mobility or balance issues will not be able to navigate them. For those that get down safely, it's a level walk to the water. Need a car or bike to get to downtown South Haven. Several family members did walk back one evening, but it is quite a walk for most. Open main floor is great for a big group. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. 2 living room areas for spreading out. 3 bathrooms, 1up & 2 down worked well for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Master bedroom on main level is spacious as is the en suite with soaking tub, large glass shower & large dressing room. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are good sized & the shared Jack and Jill bathroom can create some surprises LOL The kitchen is updated, roomy, open & well equipped. We cooked about half our meals for the week and found all the cooking, preparing and serving utensils we needed. The pantry cupboard is remarkably well stocked with spices and condiments. Enough inside dining seating was lacking for our family size. Luckily the weather cooperated & we sat around the outside table on the deck. It was cramped as the deck is small. Noise from the open main level carries upstairs and those that go to bed early might find it bothersome. The laundry/mudroom right off the garage entrance into the house is handy. We appreciated having a washer/dryer-but the dryer door needs switched so it opens and swings the other way. It was awkward and required ducking with each load. Jeff, the homeowner, is very responsive and so nice and comfortable to speak with. We had a few minor issues that he handled very promptly and to our satisfaction. I felt he went over and beyond to be sure we were comfortable. Our family enjoyed this home and the efforts the homeowners have gone to go make it a lovely and comfortable rental. Thank you Jeff!
