Magnificent vacation rental of 200 m², villa 66 offers you a dream setting for your holidays on Reunion Island. With its generously sized swimming pool (20 m by 4 m) and its superb garden planted with coconut palms and tropical species, you will reach La Saline-les-Bains beach and its lagoon with multicolored fish in a few seconds on foot.

The villa has a covered terrace, a gas barbecue, as well as a gazebo with a garden sofa for relaxing.

The villa is secure (fence + automatic access gate), and has space to park two cars.

INSIDE

Renovated in 2011 and on one level, villa 66 is made up of 3 modules connected by a covered patio.

The main module hosts 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, separate toilet, a large living room extended by a terrace with dining area, and a large kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, hotplates, toaster, kettle, etc.) is open to the living room.

The living room is equipped with a flat screen and Wi-Fi internet access.

Regarding the other two modules, the first has an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and a bathroom and toilet; the second hosts an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (and possibility of single bed) as well as a bathroom and toilet.

The villa has a laundry area with washing machine, table and iron.

ENVIRONMENT / DISTRICT

The villa faces the popular Ermitage les Bains beach and its lagoon, on the west coast of Réunion, which enjoys a unique microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year.

Located in a residential area made up of individual houses, about 20 meters from the beach, you can go there at sunset to watch it dive into the Indian Ocean. You can also swim with the multicolored fish of the lagoon, and taste the local specialties offered by the beach restaurants located about 150 m from the villa.

The town center of Ermitage-les-Bains is 700 m away, with its supermarket, bakery, shops, and its pleasant Sunday market (fruit and vegetables and handicrafts). There are also fruit and vegetable vendors on the side of the roads nearby.

Saint-Gilles-les-Bains city center and its marina are 3 km away.

Access to the Route des Tamarins, a major service route between the north and the south of the island, takes 7 minutes, and will allow you to quickly reach the various sites of the island and its activities (the three circuses, the volcano, paragliding, helicopter, hikes, mountain biking, big game fishing, canyoning, sea trips…).

Parties and receptions are strictly prohibited.

Access to the swimming pool is not allowed for outsiders.

The villa is planned for 8 people.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

Animals are not allowed.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

7 days minimum rental.

To reserve, a transfer of 25% of the rental amount will be required. The balance will be payable 30 days before your arrival.

In the event of a late reservation (less than 30 days before the start of the stay), the entire amount of the stay must be paid upon booking.

Security deposit: A bank card imprint or a check for 2000 euros (not cashed) will be requested on arrival and will be returned to you no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the Villa.

A seasonal rental contract will record all of this information.

Entrance time: between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Check-out time: between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

In the event of late arrival (after 7 p.m.) or early departure (before 8 a.m.), please let us know (an additional € 50 will be requested on arrival).
