Magnificent holiday rental of 300 m² with its 5 bedrooms, the Cocotiers des Sables villa offers a splendid setting with its large 60 m² terrace from where you will enjoy the swimming pool, the large garden planted with coconut trees and direct access to the lagoon of Saline-les-Bains, with its sand, corals and multicolored fish.

Many relaxation areas are at your disposal (dining table, sofas, armchairs, sunbathing ...), as well as an outdoor kitchen with plancha and sink.

The villa is secure (fence + automatic gate), and has a large space to park your cars.

INSIDE

On two levels, the villa offers 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 of which have a magnificent view of the garden planted with coconut palms, with an unforgettable view of the blue ocean and the turquoise water of the lagoon. All bedrooms have a double bed.

On the ground floor, the villa hosts 2 bedrooms with their own adjoining bathroom and WC, a third independent bathroom and a third independent WC.

You will also find a fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, gas burners, toaster, kettle, etc.), and a very large living room / dining room, which overlooks the magnificent covered terrace of 60 m².

The living room is equipped with a flat screen, cable (Canal Sat) and WiFi internet access.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, an independent WC, a large independent bathroom with bath and shower, and a bathroom with shower and WC adjoining one of the bedrooms.

The villa has a laundry area on the ground floor with washing machine, table and iron.

Two canoes are available for a ride on the lagoon.

Household linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).

Cleaning during the stay.

Garden and swimming pool maintained regularly.

ENVIRONMENT / DISTRICT

The villa faces the popular Saline-les-Bains beach on the west coast, which enjoys a unique microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year.

You will appreciate the proximity of the beach restaurant (Planch'Alizé) 150 m from the villa, accessible directly by the beach or by road (ideal for a cocktail feet in the sand to admire the sunset, or for lunch facing the lagoon).

The center of Saline-les-Bains is 150 m away with its bakery, tablac / press, pharmacy ... A few kilometers further on, you will also find a supermarket.

Treat yourself to an exceptional moment on the intense island in the Corail villa, ideally located as a starting point for excursions and activities on the island (the three cirques, the volcano, paragliding, helicopter, hikes, mountain biking, fishing canoeing, canyoning, sea trips ...).

INTERNAL REGULATIONS

Parties and receptions are strictly prohibited.

Access to the swimming pool is not allowed for outsiders.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

Animals are not allowed.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Rental of 5 days minimum.

To reserve, a transfer of 25% of the rental amount will be required. The balance will be payable 30 days before your arrival.
In the event of a late booking (less than 30 days before the start of the stay), the entire amount of the stay must be paid upon booking.

Security deposit: A bank card imprint of 2,000 euros will be requested on arrival and will be destroyed no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the villa.

A seasonal rental contract will record all of this information.

Entrance time: between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Check out time: between 8h and 11h.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and / or after.

In the event of late arrival (after 7 p.m.) or early departure (before 8 a.m.), please let us know (an additional € 50 will be requested on arrival).
