House (single storey), with enclosed courtyard, benefiting from the proximity of the beach and shops. 1 parking space.

1 kitchen area - dining room, 1 living room, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and the second with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 0.80, 1 bathroom (sink, shower) with WC.

Equipment: 1 gas cooker (4 burners), 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 refrigerator, 1 washing machine, 1 sofa and dining room furniture, 1 TV and 1 fireplace (decorative only). End of stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70. Linen is not provided. One pet accepted €25.

For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.

Location spacieuse, mais seule la literie est bonne. Trois couteaux pour une location pour 5 !!!

Beaucoup de vaisselle, c est un plus, mais pas un seul couteau de service. Pas de barbecue annoncé. Et les extérieurs, mon dieu !!! Un cauchemar. J ai des photos, c est limite insalubre. C est une honte. Ce cabanon qui tombe en ruine... c est dangereux en plus. Et devant, c est complètement à l abandon ça ne donne pas envie.

maison aux odeurs très humides, dommage nous avons peut etre été les premiers locataires de la saison 2018.dès l'ouverture des placard l'odeur y était présente aussi, les matelas des deux grands lits étaient sales, meme pas une brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes, manque une cabine de douche surtout qu'il y a la place, cela éviterait que le rideau nous colle a la peau pendant la douche. Pour nous, on a laver notre vaisselle pour nous deux que nous avons utilisée, et remise dans le placard qu'a notre départ, nous avons laissé en courant d'air, mis des huiles essentielles et lavé le sol avec un désinfectant. très dommage ,car la maison est au calme et bien située, cela nous convenais pour nos quelques jours de congés, mais nous sommes loin de dire que nous sommes satisfait.la seule chance, c'était qu'il y avait le soleil meme s'il fesait pas chaud. je ne recommanderait pas ce logement a des amis.et nous aurions pas mis nos vêtements dans les placards. voila nos commentaires, nous en sommes désolés.cordialement
