Your Island Getaway Within Walking Distance To The Gulf

This charming family beach house is just a short walk to the beach. The Caddy Shack is recently updated and features 3 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths with a spacious outdoor privacy shower. There is a fenced in yard making it perfect for your furry friend. The large wrap around deck is perfect for relaxing any time of day. This beach home will comfortably sleep 6 and has views of both the gulf and bay. With tv’s in every room and WiFi, it’s a perfect spot to unwind and relax inside or out. For the fisherman, we have a sturdy fish cleaning station with attached spray hose. ***We are dog friendly w/an additional non-refundable $100 pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning***limit of 2 dogs***

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the key on the deck box downstairs in the breezeway.

For legal reasons, the maximum occupancy at our home is not to exceed 6 people. If maximum is exceeded, the additional people will be asked to leave.
IF house rules are not followed & are broken, then fees will be taken from the refundable damage deposit. $100 charge for extra guests not booked for
No party/event house rule will be strictly enforced. Any unauthorized party or event will result in immediate eviction by DIPD w/ no refund.

This was the second time staying at the Caddy Shack. It was great again. Close walking distance to the beach. We chose this VRBO because it’s dog friendly and our dogs absolutely LOVE the beach. Morning and evening walks on the beach are amazing.

Another great stay at the Caddy Shack

We had another amazing stay at The Caddy Shack - even though Mother Nature wanted to make sure we saw all her fireworks and winds with big storms until Sunday. As always, the house was inviting and the perfect location across the street from the beach. We loved having our teenagers and our fur babies on Dauphin Island for the end of 2024.
