Beautiful villa with pool and great location

Beautifully situated villa with swimming pool on the edge of Grimaud with quick access to the town's harbor and to Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime. Very nice and uncomplicated hosts who wanted us to have a nice stay in the villa without being intrusive. The keys were handed over personally on arrival and departure. We had a great vacation and look forward to returning.

Home from home experience.

We had a great stay at this property. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The outdoor area was wonderful with a pool, plenty of seating and lounge chairs for relaxing in. It was very private and had great views of Grimaud Castle. The owners were on site to welcome us and show us around when we arrived. It was a quick drive into the village and an easy drive to Port Grimaud. Parking at the property was off road but as the home is built on a hillside you had to back down a steep driveway followed by quite a few steps down to the property. All was clearly lit an night however. Overall we highly recommend this property.

Exceptionnel

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans ce petit coin de paradis. La villa est spacieuse et très bien équipée, au calme, sans vis à vis. Le petit salon extérieur permet de se reposer à l’ombre tout en profitant de la piscine. Chaque pièce a une climatisation. Grand terrasse pour dîner le soir au bord de la piscine illuminée. Située à 20 mn de voiture de St Tropez. Propriétaires charmants !

Wunderschöne Anlage

Wir wurden am Anreisetag von den Vermietern Daniela & Hervé herzlich in Empfang genommen und alles wurde im Haus & Garten ausführlich erklärt. Das Haus liegt an einem herrlich gelegenen Hang mit traumhaften Ausblick auf das Chateau Grimaud und die Windmühle Saint-Roch, sowie der tollen Umgebung. Das Haus und der Garten mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt und wir haben dort einige schöne Relaxtage eingelegt. Ebenso so super ist die recht zentrale Lage der Anlage, um auch zu Fuß den charmanten Ort Grimaud zu erreichen. Das Örtchen selbst bietet zum einen hübsche individuelle Lokale zur Einkehr, zum anderen auch kulturelle Highlights, wie z.B. Galerien. Von Grimaud aus kann man viele tolle Ausflüge, sowie Strandtage erleben. Zusammengefasst lässt sich kurz sagen, es war super schön und wir können dies nur empfehlen!

Nous avons pu séjourner 15 jours dans cette très agréable maison avec une très belle piscine pendant les incendies d’août 2021 Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables et très joignables. Ils nous ont vraiment protégés et rassurés! Chambres spacieuses et tout est équipé et propre. Un très beau séjour dans la verdure. Nous recommandons à 300%

Charming!

We come to Grimaud every year and know the area well, but this year, we were coming with our 3 month old baby so wanted a place to ourselves. This fitted the bill perfectly; the villa overlooks Grimaud castle and is a 15 minute walk into the village. The kitchen and house is well stocked with everything you need. Comfortable beds and everything is clean! There is a beautiful terrace and was a large portable pool for us to cool down and swim in (they are currently building an actual swimming pool). There is a brilliant supermarket, a great local fruit and vegetable stall and a place to buy wine all within a 5 minute drive. Furthermore, Grimaud itself is completely charming ! We stayed in August which is very hot. The only thing to note there is no air conditioning here, only fans. (Most of Grimauds villas do not have air conditioning so I do feel like I am being picky!) We loved it and thank Herve and his wife for being such wonderful hosts and so kind to lend us their home. Thank you !!

Maison spacieuse et sur une très jolie vue

Les propriétaires sont charmants, facilement joignables et efficaces en cas de souci. La maison est située dans un lotissement sur le versant de (petite) montagne opposé à celui de l'entrée à Grimaud ; compter 10/15 minutes pour le centre de ce charmant village. Le lotissement en lui même est calme car les terrains sont grands et les gens discrets. Les pièces de la maison sont spacieuses et refaites récemment. L'équipement est très correcte (un peu plus de vaisselle serait parfait). La terrasse offre une très belle vue de plus de 180 degrés sur le château, le moulin, les montagnes et les vallées. Voilà pour le côté agréable. En revanche, le rond-point en contre-bas (150 mètres) voit passer un flot discontinu de voitures, motos et camions le jour. La nuit, on entend encore plus les "pas assez rares" noctambules ; les sons montent très bien entre 2 versants. Mieux vaut avoir un bon sommeil. Pour finir, une petite climatisation serait la bienvenue. Globalement, nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines ; balades, visites et plage étaient aux programmes ; sans oublier la piscine bien agréable par ces grandes chaleurs :)

Maison de caractère, bien située

Nous avons passé de très merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison avec grande terrace et une belle vue sur le château et le village de Grimaud. La maison est située au calme - on y est complètement pour soi. L'intérieur est bien équipé et il y a une petite piscine pour se rafraîchir. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et toujours prêts à donner des conseils. La région offre une grande variété d‘activités: Les villes de Port Grimaud et de St. Tropez, de nombreuses plages, des villages pittoresques, etc. Nous y reviendrons certainment! Sehr schönes altes provençalisches Haus, kürzlich modernisiert, große idyllische Terrasse und toller Blick auf die Burg von Grimaud. Zentrale, verkehrsgünstige Lage, jedoch komplett außerhalb des Rummels von St. Tropez, den nahe gelegenen Stränden und Hot Spots. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem Refugium!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison agréable et fonctionnelle avec une très belle vue sur le village de Grimaud. Nos hôtes Hervé et Daniela ont été attentionnés et disponibles pour nous permettre de bien profiter de nos vacances.
