We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was perfect for our needs. We wished we could have stayed longer. It was a joy to come back to the area after 20 years and make new memories with our children. Ghislain was a great host and we would love to come back in the future

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Ghislain’s lovely property.We enjoyed the house which has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The house is situated along the Giscle and has a boat mooring which we took advantage of, it also has a private parking space - a rarity in port grimaud i believe!The pool was perfect for dipping in when we got too hot and the air conditioning was welcome. The property is in a nice part of port grimaud with a couple of very good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Ghislain is a charming host and always available to answer any queries. We are already talking about our return next summer!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful property with lovely garden, pool and view over Port Grimaud. Everything was in walking distance like little supermarket, great restaurants and beach. We highly recommend this house for a stay in Port Grimaud! Thank you Ghislain for being such a wonderful host taking care of everything, even picking up our son from the bus station! Thank you once again Ghislain! We would love to return!

Owner doesn’t speak english and it was difficult to communicate. Also, he didn’t help me to find swimming pool alarm, soMy 2 years old daughter was all time inside the apartment.

Best of you have a boat license.

The house is fully equipped with everything, the owner is very kind and helpful. Local markets & restaurants - the best croissants in France just a 2 block walk in the little square, restaurants on the left great, the one on the right as you approach. Not so much. All rooms have air conditioning. Nice outdoor spaces. You don’t really need a car if you’re happy to Uber occasionally. Car rental is a waste of money!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the house, great location, easy walk to shops/restaurants of PG Sud, fab pool in the garden. A great stay for us and the kids, we all had a wonderful time & would love to return.

Unfreundlicher Vermieter, Ferienhaus in schlechtem technischen Zustand, spricht kein Englisch

Bei Ankunft waren im ganzen Haus Kleidung und Essensvorräte des Vermieters in den Schränken und Kühlschrank. Somit konnten wir diese nur eingeschränkt nutzen. Die Objektbeschreibung besagte: Bettwäsche wird gestellt und Boot vorhanden Die Bettwäsche musste vor Ort zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Auf Nachfrage drohte der Vermieter die Bettwäsche wieder abholen zu lassen. Kein Boot vorhanden. Die Küche war nicht ordentlich geputzt. Der Ofen wurde anscheinend noch nie geputzt ?! Der Pool war 10 Tage von 14 Tagen defekt und Algengrün. Wir konnten diesen nicht nutzen. Der versprochene Grill war defekt und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Der Vermieter sagte, wir sollen Ihn halt vergessen. Insgesamt entsprach das Ferienhaus nicht europäischen Standard. Für den aufgerufenen Preis sowieso nicht. Hier wäre eine Entschädigung durch den Vermieter fällig. Leider haben wir hier keine handhabe außer eine Klage. Der Vermieter war unfreundlich und ignorierte unsere Beschwerden weitestgehend. Kein entspannter Urlaub insgesamt.

maison et propriétaire au top!

Maison d'un excellent standing avec tous les équipements modernes et nécessaires pour une parfaite semaine de vacances. Emplacement idéal si l'on bénéficie d'un bateau pour profiter pleinement de Port Grimaud. Ghislain, le propriétaire est très accueillant (croissants au ptit dej pour notre arrivée et bouteille de vin de bienvenue). Il a su être réactif en proposant des solutions alors que nous avions un problème mécanique sur le bateau. Sa connaissance des alentours nous a permis de decouvrir les joyaux de cette magnifique région. Encore merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
