Welcome to this beautiful ground floor vacation rental which lets you drop your bags at the door, walk onto the lanai and watch golfers swing through or just enjoy the full ocean view all within a minute of stepping through the door. You'll have views wherever you go, whether it's relaxing on the living room sofa, making dinner or drinks in the kitchen, or wading in the pool. With three shared pools, a shared hot tub, tennis on site, and the incredible Kona breezes, you'll settle into your aloha in no time! You can head outside and kick back and relax in your private and furnished patio!

What's nearby:
Less than a mile up the hill you can catch a movie, have a pizza or grab groceries for later at the Keauhou Shopping Center. Just mauka (toward the mountain) is Sam Choy's restaurant which has amazing ocean views. If you feel like taking a dip in the ocean or finding a boat to take you onto the water, you can head two and a half miles south to Keauhou Bay for a day on the water. The heart of downtown Kona is on the ocean front on Ali'i drive where you can spend a day exploring, smelling the fresh ocean air, dining at one of the many open-air restaurants or shopping at a local retailer or the Farmer's Market.

Right on the 18th hole, overlooking the ocean!

We enjoyed our 2-month stay very much. The location is fantastic. Only one parking stall per unit, but guest parking was available.

Overall the condo was amazing very clean and well equipped. It had everything needed in the kitchen and for the beach which was very useful. We also loved the views and the pool and hot tub as well. Overall great stay!

Perfect location for family and friends

This was the most wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped and has everything you can wish for. The kitchen is made for cooking - it has everything. The bbq grill is a big bonus. The view from the lanai is stunning. We would stay here again anytime.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Very well appointed, comfortable and easy in/out location. The pool is steps away and great temperature and a great view of the ocean. The sunsets are spectacular from the pool and the patio off the condo. Couldn't have been happier with our choice!

This condo has everything you’ll ever need. It was clean, beds/pillows were comfortable, kitchen stocked with the basics and more, beach chairs and umbrellas available, pool is practically next door, parking spot was close to the condo, in a great and quiet area, check-in was easy. Great furnished 2 bedroom with amazing ocean view patio to drink your morning coffee. We opened the windows and enjoyed the fresh mountain breeze. Unit comes with boogie board, towels, grill, washer and dryer and is perfect for a werek in Kona coast.

View of the Pacific Ocean and the sunsets were wonderful and picturesque. As a cook, I appreciated the sharp and functional knives. Made prepping and cooking easy. Appliances were easy to use. Unit is protected enough from the sun to remain reasonably cool without frequent use of room AC.

Our Favorite Time in Hawaii

We go to Hawaii regularly and the Big Island has long been our preference. This location, south of Kailua Kona, has been where we've chosen for years. I believe this unit is the 4th different unit we've stayed in at the Country Club Villas and it is our favorite by far. The first-floor unit provides a huge lanai with comfortable couches for outdoor living all day long. The unit about a minute walk to the nearest pool (1 of 3). There's ample parking and beautifully well kept grounds. The unit itself is well appointed and comfortable. We only used one of the bedrooms but appreciated the extra space. The master bed was comfortable and even on the first floor was no problem leaving the sliding doors open all night for circulation of the beautiful winds that come through. Outstanding sunsets from the lanai each night and a barbecue to cook up anything you want. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need. I needed to talk to the management company twice (my fault) and they were fantastic to deal with. Very responsible, accommodating, and helpful. We stayed two weeks and I wish we had done one more. It's a great destination and I hope we can secure this unit again.

The better half (Kona)

All aspects of the place were beautiful and modern, including all of the appliances, furniture, and decorations. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything that we needed. The lanai was a welcome sight, from sipping coffee in the morning, to enjoying the evening watching the sun set.

It was relaxing and peaceful. The property was very clean and the furniture in great condition. The beds were comfortable and the grounds were well kept. There are 3 pools on the property, the one closest to us was under renovation but it was no hassle as the others were very close. Should you not have access to motor vehicle, there is a shopping center within walking distance and easy access to great food, movie, pharmacy and grocery. We love to walk so when we weren’t taking Lyft/Uber we walked to the popular snorkeling and surfing spot for beginners. PS: I do recommend a motor vehicle to be able to visit other areas. We didn’t mind this time not having one because we will be going back. We loved it!

What a sweet deal!

We were pleasantly surprised that this pro[erty was everything we saw in the photos and more! Great site on the 18th fairway of Kona Country Club and overlooking the Sheraton and Keahou Bay and the ocean as pictured! Large living space with lovely well appointed kitchen and nice large dining area. We found extras like body surfing board, snorkel equipment, insulated bag and ice paks for our water when we were out and about, etc. plus lots of literature on things to see and do on the big island. It was a wonderful stay! They have taken extra care not to have any bugs!!! and the grounds were lovely with lots of tropical plants and flowers. Thanks for a lovely place to spend our anniversary.
