Summary:

Enjoy this comfortable 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Eden, Utah. Perfect for families and groups. Enjoy a prime location near Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley ski resorts, with hiking trails right outside your door. This home offers a gourmet kitchen, indoor fireplace, and entertainment options like a pool table, poker table and board games, ensuring a memorable vacation experience. 2 level floor plan made for comfort! Professional boot heaters!



The Space:

3600 square foot home with large family rooms on two levels, there is plenty of room for families and friends to spread out and enjoy. Dining table for 8 with 4 stools at the kitchen island and a well outfitted kitchen. Meal times are a joy! Add to your joy by walking out to the deck to take in the view. This is a spectacular valley.

The lower level is fun central with a pool table and a game table that has game options on both sides. A TV and comfortable sectional make this a great space for all to enjoy. Step outside the door and you will access Trapper's Ridge trail system. Go for a hike or stroll a short distance to the pool, tennis court, basketball hoop or hot tub. Trapper's Ridge is both a resort and a residential neighborhood. It is a short 20 minute drive to world class skiing at Snowbasin and 10 minutes to Powder Mountain. Enjoy the championship golf course at member guest rates.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire house. One side of the 2-car garage is blocked to store the owners vehicle. This house can easily park 4 cars. Overflow nearby for extra cars and 72 hour boat parking.



The Neighborhood:

Trapper's Ridge is a residential as well as resort community with Quiet Enjoyment enforced. This is great for the full-time neighbors and great for our guests to expect. It has a very nice swimming pool and hot tub, small workout area, a tennis court, a basketball hoop and a wonderful trail system. We are members of The Wolf Creek golf course. Our guests have member guest privileges. This is your Northern Utah home!!



Getting Around:

There is public transportation on the main highway at the golf course. Having a car is necessary and 4-wheel drive in the winter is recommended

Great space to occupy while on our ski trip -- we especially loved the evening views and sunset from the living room. The kids loved the downstairs/basement game and tv room. Would stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eden. The house is conveniently located 5 min from the grocery store and downtown restaurants. It is in a very nice neighborhood with a sledding hill around the corner (on the golf course). The kitchen is fully stocked with pot , pans, a pressure cooker,

Our stay was just perfect!

House was set up great! Plenty of beds and space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved having big open areas for multiple groups to gather. Loved the pool and pickleball court use. The kids loved the late night poker table and pool table fun. The porch views were beautiful. Would stay here again.

Amazing house near Powder Mountain

Very clean, well maintained and comfortable for our extended family of 12. Nice and well stocked kitchen and big table where we could cook and eat meals together. Fun game room with pool table. Amazing views of the mountains! Highly recommended!

perfect summer family retreat

Home is close to boating recreation, swimming pool was an added bonus. Plenty of room for adults and kids. Perfect place to escape the summer heat.We love walking the trails and enjoying the wild life. Deer and wild turkeys always seen in the evenings. The big bunk room was fun for the kids. Kids loved it!

Great expectations

When we saw the property on the add we thought it was to good to be true. Traveling from PA to Utah with 13 people I was nervous about what we might be getting. Arriving at the property we found it to be phenomenal. The property made our trip even more memorable for us.

White Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Everything was just as listed. There was plenty of room for our family of nine. The downstairs area was great to hang out in and watch tv and play a game of pool. The upstairs was just as great. The kitchen had everything we needed. We even got to use the grill on the back deck to grill some hamburgers one night. The house is in a great location in Eden, close to everything you need. Thanks for a wonderful stay and sharing your house. We are already planning our return trip for next year!

Great property and location

Eden has become our go to destination for weekend get-aways in Utah. This property was perfect for an extended family vacation. The property manager was very easy to work with and quite responsive. We love the community pool and hot tub and all the things to do in the home- poker table, pool table, big screen TV. The only thing that’d make it better would be having extra towels on hand. So, nothing too major. We’ll be back!

Awesome property

Chose this location to get away from the smoke in Oregon, and we couldn't have been happier. Eden UT is a great little town, and the property sat up on the hill with an amazing view looking out over the reservoir and the mountains. The house came well stocked with everything from laundry detergent to kitchen utensils, and the "man cave" in the basement was perfect for the four teenage boys we were traveling with. The property has access to the community pool and hot tub, and the property manager was able to set us up with 18 holes at the golf course as well. Wonderful place to stay and we'd absolutely choose this property again.

Great place for families or large groups

We loved this place. The beds were great. Fun to hang out and play games in the basement. The community pool was perfect for time with our kids. Short drive from pineview reservoir for some beach time.
