Powder Mountain 5 Bedroom Home Woodfired Sauna
Summary:
Modern mountain home with sun-soaked rooms. Five rooms have large beds and a lot of light. The sixth room is a small bunk room for kids! The house is located right at the base of Powder Mountain Rd. with incredible access to winter and summer fun. Perfect for families or big groups with room up to 14 people.
DAMAGE PROTECTION: $89 charge listed as a "management fee" covers an "all risk" damage protection.

The Space:
2 level cabin with unique and modern furnishings. Five rooms have large beds and large windows. There is a super cute 6th room that is a tiny bunk room for kids only! The kitchen, dining and living area are all open concept, so it is a great space to cook and entertain with all of your family and friends.
Guest Access:
Guests are invited to use the neighborhood clubhouse, pool, hot tub, basketball court and tennis court.
The Neighborhood:
Friendly family neighborhood that is convenient but also far enough from town for privacy. We are located at the end of a cute col de sac overlooking the valley below.
Getting Around:
Only accessible by car. Parking in driveway and in designated spots on the street for additional cars.
Other Things to Note:
Our house is protected by outdoor security cameras.
THE GARAGE IS LOCKED OFF AND NOT USABLE AS THE OWNERS KEEP CARS AND BELONGINGS
