A Charming, Upscale Beach House Only A Two-Minute Walk to the Ocean

Sea Salt is a short, two minute minute walk to beautiful Jenness Beach and Summer Sessions Surf Shop. A newly renovated 4 bedroom retreat, Sea Salt is comfortably furnished and in immaculate condition. Sea Salt was redecorated in spring of 2019 with all new furnishings. The spacious yard is the perfect place for families to gather after a day on the beach and includes an enclosed outdoor shower and Weber grill. Guests of Sea Salt are a short walk to Summer Sessions Surf Shop, where they can enjoy Acai Bowls and fresh breakfast sandwiches, and The Carriage House, featuring upscale American dining and the best cocktail menu in coastal New Hampshire.

Enjoy morning coffee on Sea Salt's front porch, read a book on the private second-floor deck, or take an afternoon stroll along Jenness Beach. The quiet beaches make it perfect for young children, while older kids and adults can enjoy paddle boarding and surfing. The sunsets are amazing and the beach never gets too busy. With perfect views of nearby Isles of Sholes, enjoy sunset barbecues or clam bakes, and cocktails with family and friends. Ride a bike through our quiet neighborhoods and explore the rich18-mile New Hampshire coastline. Take a 10-minute drive to quaint Portsmouth and enjoy some of the finest restaurants in New England, or play the Skee-Ball and pinball machines at the Funarama Arcade in bustling Hampton Beach.

The New Hampshire Room and Meals tax is only paid on rentals with a period of 185 days or less. Any lease longer than 185 days is exempt from New Hampshire Room and Meals Tax.

This property is available for a long term winter rental from September to May for $6500 per month, utilities included.

This was a perfect home for our visit. Ample amenities..towels, blankets etc. Bring your shampoo and soap, it’s not provided. Kitchen well stocked with dishes,pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer. Great to have washer/dryer. Would definitely book again. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

Wonderful beach stay

My husband and our eight year old daughter stayed for a week at the end of August. The house was immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. It was about a 4 minute walk to the beach and was perfect!

Great potential!

We loved the house and the location! There were plenty of utensils and enough dishes and pots and pans. However, there were no pantry items as advertised. There was a bag of Starbucks coffee, but no coffee filters. Necessary items that one would not bring for a short stay, like aluminum foil and plastic wrap were not there. There were no hangers in any of the closets, which posed a problem! Attention was brought to the manager about the cleanliness of the kitchen, where we found the tea kettle to be filled with coffee which had been left in there for many days! After speaking with the manager, I am sure all this will be remedied. At that point, it would be an excellent property!

The property was very clean, well furnished with everything needed for cooking for our 2-week stay. The property owner/ manager was attentive and always quick to respond. Location was perfect a short stroll to beach and amazing dining choices too. Will definitely return to stay when we are in the area.

this was really great location and house. The only irritation was no beach towels and other than salt, absolutely nothing in the kitchen. We'll just plan accordingly for the future. thanks for the great stay!
