Maison très agréable à l’exception des deux chambres situées en souplex particulièrement humides et sombres.

L’été a été particulièrement humide, surtout à cette période. Il est vrai que ces 2 chambres sont plus atteintes quand il y a beaucoup d’humidité dans l’air. Par contre, elle ne sont pas sombres du tout ! Je peux en attester en envoyant d’autres photos !

Maison sympa mais problème de chambre

Nous avons loué cette maison de 4 chambres à 4 couples dont 1 avec un bébé. Les deux chambres à l’étage sont très agréables en revanche les deux chambres du sous sol sont très sombres et humides. Finalement nous sommes venu à 3 couples + 1 bébé et avons du nous relayer pour occuper les chambres du haut. Le reste de la maison est très fonctionnel et agréable, à 15 minutes à pied de la plage et du golf.

Contrairement à ce que Madame Cerclé a commenté , les chambres du bas ne sont ni sombres ni humides. Il y a de grandes fenêtres qui donnent sur des cours anglaises ensoleillés. J’ai du mettre des rideaux black-out ! Quant à la distance de la plage et du golf , cette personne doit marcher très lentement car c’est bien 10mn. Par contre, je déconseille cette locataire qui n’a pas bien pris soin de ma maison!
